The interior design in a retro style is very appealing in this historical building. The room was one of the bigger ones with a balcony and a well sized bathroom. The café next to it was equally quaint with slightly timid and quirky employees, nevertheless friendly and helpful. A big delicious variety of cakes was presented there. I liked how the owner agreed to wash our clothes for about 15,00 EUR.

The narrow stairs and steps are a bit difficult to handle heavy luggage. The sign above our fridge proposed content that is free to be consumed. Disappointingly we just found a bottle of tap water and an expired beer. The balcony is not inviting because of a busy street near by. It would be a delight to be asked what we prefer for breakfast instead of just serving a predetermined meal. The price-performance-ratio wasn't fully convincing.

Lovely and clean little hotel in the 100y old building, boasting with great location in the heart of the town and unique atmosphere. Old house is renovated with good taste and we loved personal touch all around. Breakfast was nice, it was served in the cafe next door.

We had to balance between road noise and room temperature, it was bit a problem at the early morning hours. We weren't able to get car park, so keep that in mind when you reserve - if you need it, do it immediately. You can park elsewhere in the town, but it's a gamble where. Overall these are not big turnoff for me - I would come back :)

We liked the house. So nice not to stay in a chain hotel and to have an an attractively designed room. The check -in procedure worked perfectly and everything was explained well.

The breakfast! I find hard boiled eggs and salad rolls more suited to lunch really. A meringue and 2 slices of apple might be a good dessert. Perhaps there could be a choice, even if it is limited or just a croissant and coffee!

The building is lovely, lots of charm. The breakfast is very good. Friendly staff. The communal sitting place is great.

The room got very hot despite the air machine. The crossroad nearby gets a lot of noisy traffic, esp. in the evening guys show up proving their sub average weiner size.

The atmosphere was rare for Finland. It had that perfect balance of vintage to modern.

I was under the impression that there would be a bigger breakfast. The breakfast included was very high quality, but for the room rate I expected more than a small sandwich, hard boiled egg and some granola. Would have love to have at least an option for a sweet breakfast since the café was famous for their cakes etc.

It was really cozy, felt like a home and it has a personality compared to all the other mainstream chained - brand hotels you can book!

Uppon arrival we decided we would like a bigger room, luckily one was available and we could change to it arranging everything in 5 min on phone with owners. It was of course some extra cost, but we were happy. Also posibility to have brakfast later, at 11 o'clock was perfect for us. :)
