Excellent location in city centre. Free parking around the hotel. spacious room and good breakfast. Breakfasts room was spacious and never too crowded even though the hotel was full.

The room was dated and had greenish decoration straight from the 90s. some of the lights in the room didn’t work and power outlets were almost falling from the wall. There was also quite a lot of dust in under the bed in the room as well as behind the furniture. I think some of the rooms have been recently renovated but unfortunately we got a room still waiting to be renovated.

it was pretty clean however i found the window cleanecer staff left is my room :) plus the reception is not working 24/7. after 22:00 you shall call to the certain ph # and wait until somebody will come to help. it is working fine however it shall be taken into account

Large room, quiet and clean Decent breakfast

This is not a spa. The hotel offers a direct link (a bridge over the street) to the city public swimming pool. To pay 5€ extra for the parking (there was plenty of parking space available in the street but time limited)

It's quite an old building and standard rooms are not equipped with an air conditioner. Also there is a bar just below and weekend evenings can very very noisy.

Perfect location and a clean and friendly staff. We were able to use the sauna and the pool which was vert useful.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, breakfast small-ish but high quality. Parking is included. Spa would let you believe that there is an actual spa - however they’re just connected to the city pool. Which tbh turned out to be great, it’s high quality with several different kinds of pools, great for kids. There are not many places to stay in Hamina but I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. My room was big and had a lamp at the ceiling (which I prefer to all those shady installations in many hotel rooms nowadays). The Spa was included in the price and it is easily accessible for hotel guests. All in all very recommendable.

The price was ok as the Spa was included. Otherwise it would have been a bit pricy.

Loved the family room and the SPA facilities. Although, the SPA facilities is basically city's swimming pool, but it worked well. Great for families with kids.

Time to time city's swimming hall gets quite crowded with swimming courses/events etc.

Everything was nice. One thing to note is that the spa is actually the town swimming hall. This is 100% ok and I do not dislike it but it did surprise me a bit.
