Very cozy room, adjustable temperature, easy to check in very nice breakfast and the staff is friendly. Parking decently priced with possibility to charge electric cars

It exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately I didn't have a time to book sauna, which is in the top floor. I bet it has nice views to the river.

I had a great stay. Everything was very clean and super convenient. Gym downstairs, sauna upstairs, delicious traditional Karelian breakfast. And the staff were super kind and helpful.

Very convenient location. Close to railway station and Market square (tori.) Sauna available by appointment with a view of the river. Even the room was small it had everything laundry machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.

fully equipped, spacious room, very clean, friendly staff, parking in front of entrance and a completely automated online-check in, where you will be given your room number and PIN to open. no key necessary. on check-out day you just leave. that’s super convenient. you can’t make anything wrong by booking this hotel.

design of the bathroom is quite weird. once you took a shower almost the complete bathroom is flooded with water. I have witnessed this problem in many hotels. at least it’s always clean ;)

The location of the hotel is great. It's on the top floors of an office building, which is not a charming environment, but the rooms were clean and big. It had AC with a control panel in the room, but apparently the system could not cope with the heat wave and regardless of the setting, the desired temperature was 4 hrs away. Still, it was 25 deg C inside while it was 30 C outside - a considerable improvement. Quiet, modern hotel.

The breakfast consisted of items delivered to the fridge. It was OK, but not something special to remember. Will probably be better when the corona is over.

Suberbly clean and freshly furnished new accommodation option right in the heart of the city. Lietsu would be an excellent choice for longer stays thanks to apartment-like facilities (full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry machine).

This is just a minor complaint, but: There's a fancy control panel with a precise meter for adjusting your room temperature, but unfortunately it didn't seem to get down to the cooler levels we wished for during a very hot day and night.

The service was friendly and warmly welcoming. The breakfast was good. Our room was beautiful and well equipped and it would be really great for a longer stay.
