The wiev from the window was very beutifull. All place around hotel was nice. A lot of place where you can walk around enjoy your holiday .
It wasn't so clean in room. As well spa (aquapark;pool) jacuzzi was cold there was write that water tenperature was +32°C but actually was +26°C. Kitchen. Breakfast all 3 days was the same.

Almost everything was good, but the two things that didn't live up to expectations really lowered the overall score and my interest of coming back to this hotel.
The breakfast was really poor. Very small selection. Warm breakfast consisted of dry and ugly-looking sausage together with dry and ugly looking root vegetables. Boiled eggs where on display, but nowhere to put them. Add this to a day or two old bread and that I had to wait 10 minutes for one! toast because the toaster was really bad at toasting (buy a professional toaster!). Had to wait even longer to get a waffel, that you, by the way, are forced to make yourself. I'm a diy guy so that doesn't bother me, but the waiting time does. And when the selection is so poor this breakfast easily goes into the poorest breakfasts that I ever have had. Combine the breakfast with the fact that you are kicked out after maximum two hours in the spa section makes this stay not at all worth the money I spent and the reason for the overall low score.

We wanted money back because of false advertising but that didn’t happen. To sell spa- hotel without spa and without telling it in the booking site is unacceptable. And spa was the reason we went there and to not even get anything for the false advertisement or money back is bad service. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
