Breakfast was tasty and good. There were many different kinds of foods. One thing that caught my attention was most of all warm foods like sausages, scrambled eggs, etc. are a bit dry. I think keeping a warming flame is a good system, but needs some adjustment. We are around 9 am at the table.

Only one sauna was included in the accommodation. There are two other kinds. It would be friendly to be available for non-spa users.

As a repeat customer; I think the place could be bigger. I mean, it is easy to experience everything on one stay. The nature does provide some changes, but that’s outside of the property. As a customer, I yearn for the feeling of discovery. Something new, something I can not experience on one go, a reason to come back.

Very nice hotel next to the water. We ate at Bomba house and food was very good. The park of the hotel was also nice for walking and any other kind of activities. We went to the spa and was really relaxing, also enjoying jaccuzi outside. Breakfast was very good and plenty.

Price is a bit on the high side and spa was not included in the standard room price.

Breakfast was great. The cottage was quite nice. The place is very close to the lake. It is very nice there in general.

The room is nice and place is so quiet.

The swimming pool was big enough since there wasn’t a lot of people during our stay. We had the jacuzzi by ourselves. Excellent that there is a dryer inside the room. Staff at the reception, as well as in the Trattoria restaurant, were very nice and friendly. The food was good.

There was an on-going renovation and already noisy during the morning. The souvenir shop was still close. We haven’t had dinner at the Bomba talo because it was reserved for some guest. Reception should have reminded or given more info about these. We have to pay for the use of bathrobes and slippers.

Location was great, right in the middle of nature and next to the lake. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Breakfast had lots of options and was very nice. Beds were amazingly comfortable and room was nice.

We were expecting a relaxing stay as this is a spa hotel, however at the time we visited the majority of visitors seemed to be families with young children. The pool was full of children jumping, splashing and playing and was very noisy. Even in the evening, the sauna and steam rooms were quite rowdy and loud. Felt a bit more like a family holiday park than a spa. Also at around 10pm and around 5am there was a loud banging noise above us like someone jumping on the floor. Also be aware that you have to pay extra to hire a robe and slippers if you want to use the spa- they are not provided in the cost of the stay or the cost of the spa ticket which we felt was a little mean.

The SPA was close but they never warned us.
