We liked everything: location at the centre is perfect, short walk to the nearest fancy Vanha Kellari restaurant, free parking with no rush, the hotel room is beautifully decorated, the beds are wide and perfect for a good night's sleep, extra pillows - fine! Everything is close, but still easily available. Accommodation and breakfast are like being at home but well served by a nice and cheerful lady.

I couldn't find anything to improve

The sauna facilities and self service aspect in this accommodation is great. Also the location of this hotel is rather centric and there is a lot of things to do and see around this hotel. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was a nice change compared to your normal standard hotel breakfast.

The room was not cleaned properly when I went in there. There were some stains on the arm chair, table and in the remote.

Considering the size of the hotel, breakfast was excellent. Everything was tasty and fresh.

The pillows were quite small and soft. At least one of them could have been bigger. The room itself was nice and clean, but in the bathroom you could smell that the toilet had not been cleaned properly. When in shower, the water was spreading also to the other part of the bathroom. One of the towels was missing (my friend had three, in my room there was only two).

Copious breakfast, good coffee

The door code given by Booking.com was false, had to wait call answer in the rain. Also, it was confusing that the charging did not pass through Booking. The staff kindly sent an invoice later on.

CityHovi is located in the city centre of Rauma near beautiful Old Rauma. The room wasn't as attractive as you would think based on the photos. We had asked for the free parking option but parking space of the hotel was full. Luckily there are free parking space near the hotel so we got our car parked safely and free of charge. Staff member wasn't eager to help us and did not know about parking. Breakfast was basic and served right behind our door so it was easy to get there.

Quality-price ratio could be better. Rauma is a popular summer city which affects prices, but I would have assumed to get some extra with the price that is similar to the capital city in Finland. And what is that extra? More helpful staff, more versatile breakfast and a little bit more elegant room.

Breakfast was very good. Julia at the front desk was wonderful in helping us with many different things. The hotel common areas and rooms were clean.

An excellent breakfast and nice and welcoming staff.

The walls were pretty thin, so a bit more of noise cancelling could improve things.

Breakfast & staff were excellent. Location was great. Room was very nice & quiet. Perhaps could have done with some complimentary biscuits to go with the hot drinks.

Carpet in room was a bit hard and slightly grubby.

Overall great experience and enjoyed every minute. The staff was very helpful and friendly!!!
