The breakfast was very fulsome, more akin to substantial German or English breakfasts. This was much apprecisted as we were on a bike tour. The accommodation was in the centre of Agen so there were plenty of restaurants to choose from, for dinner. Extremely spacious triple room.

There were several flights of stairs with no lift option as the house is a typical older European one. Our baggage was overly heavy, so the stairs were a nightmare.

Laetitia was extremely friendly and was very helpful to help me set up a medical appointment. The room is HUGE and COMPLETELY removated. It was quiet, and free street parking right in front of the accommodation. The aircon works great!

Don’t be discouraged by the old exterior , hallway and stairs of this hotel. The room is completely redone, and they are in the process of renovating the rest of the property

Good sized room with AC being installed and a small balcony facing the afternoon sun. Close to everything in Agen. Very helpful and competent host. Excellent facilities for bicycle travellers. Breakfast very good.

Let down by low shower which is over a bath, guarding to outside terrace too low and there is a lot of noise from the floor above

The staff was so friendly, everything went smoothly despite a bit of a language barrier. The room was very clean and even though you can smell the building is old, the rooms are recently renovated, spacious and fresh with really good air conditioning. Definitely recommend!

There could’ve been something warm to eat for breakfast, but the selection was very wide and filling even without that.

The hotel is very well situated, with easy access to the pedestrian city center and the train station. There are many options for eating around. The room was spacious. I really appreciated the small terrace. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great old building with new modern rooms. Super clean and lots of space. Delicious breakfast.

Noise from the street kept us awake. But, if we had closed the windows and used the AC it would be fine.

The exceptional size of the rooms (more than twice the size of the rooms in a "corporate" hotel), the shower room; the fantastic breakfast - best that we can remember!

Our first impressions. Seedy façade in a seedy street. If we has been looking for a hotel we would have kept on looking. And the street was noisy until very late - but we did have the two large double-glazed windows open ! Our son slept in another room and reported a quiet night.

The room was spotless and full of character. A lovely garden to look onto too with breakfast made for us outside. A great location, 10min walk from town centre.

Nice hotel in downtown Agens. The rooms were modern and clean. The breakfast buffet had plenty of options and there was an option to add cooked eggs and/or ham. The proprietor was friendly and pleasant.
