The rooms were a bit small, but clear and nice. Really convenient for a short stay on our way to ski resort. The breakfast was nice with some crepes, tee, coffee, cheeses and pastry. The check-in process late at night was smooth and flawless, the lady called us several hours before the check-in and explained the details, which was very nice of her.

We had a hard time to find a parking spot, we arrived late at night and all parking places were taken close to the hotel.

Great location, hotel is located in a walled fort, very quaint! Couple of nice restaurants, ice cream shop and bar. Hotel was great, I was on a motorcycle and parking superb right outside hotel, secure parking was offered in rear of hotel but the area was very good and bike was fine in front street area as this was limited vehicle access. Suited me well to chill out after a great days riding.

Excellent location in the old part of Albertville, with stunning views just around the corner. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. I booked the wrong date and only realised at 10pm on the date of the original booking. They very kindly pushed the booking back a week, which I thought was exceptional service. Breakfast was varied and delicious - not sure how some people felt the need to mark them down on it unless it has improved since their review. We could not fault it

Right in the medieval village centre. Nice friendly cheerful staff. Very very quiet (we were the only guests that evening, probably). Had a good sleep. We enjoyed the breakfast. Croissants, yogurt, cheese, dried meat, bread, fresh fruits & eggs to boil etc. Perfect. Love the hotel historical building. Several restaurants in the village square but all closed when we were there. Next time we come back to eat ;-)) Sure we hope to be back ;-))

located in a beautiful small fortified mountain village, this was a nice and interesting stopover at the foot of the French alps (I was on the Val Thorens slopes at 9:30 the next morning). comfortable bed and neat bathroom. shower could have more pressure though, but got the job done.

The location is stunning. The old town is truly a special place and when you stay here, you are right in the centre. The building is old, but properly modernised and clean.

It was a hot summer. There is no air conditioning in the room, but large windows that open.

Staff was nice, room was clean. Location is beautiful but it is hard to find the hotel with Google Maps, ask driving directions straight from the hotel. Breakfast was ok.

Good room, good breakfast, restaurant nearby, Arrival at the hotel with the navigator. Follow the instructions the hotel sends, not the navigator. Parking for the motorbike. => ask to get in inside to hotel yard.

Nice location in the old mediaeval town of Conflans. Basic, clean accommodation. No air-conditioning so can get hot in summer. We were there in July and then there was music in the evening on the square, a nice bonus
