The hotel was overall very nice ! It is located very close by the city center of Amboise, which is very to access by car or walking (15-20 min walk). The staff was very nice too, and very helpfull. The facilities are really amazing with a very nice pool and garden outside, and a big safe parking in front of the hotel.

The cleaning staff was making a lot of noise in the morning, which was a little bit annoying. They should pay a little bit more attention to their level of noise when talking to each others.

Charming staff. Very comfortable room. Very good restaurant. Excellent stopping-off point when driving from SW France to Calais. It's the third Novotel in the region that we have tried (the others being Le mans and Orleans). They have all been of a good standard but this is the best in my view.

Room was nice with a wonderful view. Clean and comfy. Staff were good and everything was in place. Free parking which is a bonus. Has a nice swimming pool, we haven't used, but looked nice.

The rooms need refurbishment, everything is quite old. Working and clean state, but definetly needs imrpovement. Family room a bit cramped.

The staff at the reception was so nice and kind :D She really tried to help me out in case of need. The free parking lot located just in front of the hotel was also a good point for car-mover like me. I highly recommend this hotel for family travelers with cars.

The location is not good as you can see on the map, it is a bit far from Amboise city center. I was surprised that room service staff couldn't speak English. But staff at the reception help me to communicate with the room service. :D

Excellent breakfast and we really appreciated that the kids were offered breakfast at no additional charge. The minigolf, although the condition was not perfect, was enjoyed by the kids. The pool is lovely and has a spectacular view over Amboise.

We were disappointed to be told on arrival at the hotel that the restaurant was fully booked that evening. The hotel is not close to the centre of town so, if you want to eat there, it may be a good idea to book a table.

The location and the views are spectacular, by car is very well communicated to travel to the differente places

Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was good and children ate free. The swimming pool and crazy golf made the kids happy.

The room was too hot as the air conditioning was not very good.

Customer service was very excellent, staff where friendly, efficient and felt a warm welcome. Top notch
