New hotel with closed parking - the receptionist deserve a high five. Nice rooms - clean - despite arriving quite late in the evening, it was possible to have a dinner using their custom made diner in "jars" - very practical

I would have like to have a fitness - outside this the gps system (map) brought me a totally different address despite entering the right address and name of the hotel. I found the hotel using that gas software entering a different road name close by from the hotel.

The hotel is brand new and ideally located between the Youth Hostel and the Pont-de-Metz inline hockey rink (2,5km from each). Large car park (brightly-lit at night) at the back of the hotel, accessible with a code given at reception. 24/24 reception. Quiet, cosy and high-tech rooms : Highly comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent Wi-Fi. Bedside plug sockets and USB ports. RJ45 Ethernet ports for those who need to work from their hotel room. Wide TV screen. Silent Air Conditioning system. Kettle with organic tea and coffee. Well-equipped bathroom : good shower, large and soft towels, hair dryer, heated towel rail.

Modern, spacious, clean basic hotel. The 22m2 room and bathroom was plenty large enough, with nice new amenities, super comfortable with an easy fit for our luggage & a cot provided by the hotel. Was a great little hotel and perfect for our 1 night stopover. Don’t expect fantastic views as area is under quite a lot of apartment construction growth but this was of no distraction to our stay. On-site Car park is great and right out back. Breakfast was great with plenty of options. Staff very welcoming and helpful and pointed out a few places to eat within a 5min drive or 15min walk and there is a bistro on-site although we didn’t eat here. Tv Chanel’s with English options was a nice touch.

Hotel provided a cot but wouldn’t provide sheets or blanket for the cot as they don’t have these. Keypad for carpark boom gate not within reach of car.

We rented a family room (C 202) which was more an apartment with 2 adjacent rooms separated by a door, a kitchen ( coffee /tea facilities;cutlery...).Brand new building. Very clean. Tasteful, modern solid furniture. Spacious bathroom with a large step-in shower. Friendly receptionists. Good breakfast buffet:ample choice ( fruit, egg, charcuterie, cheese,different bread kinds..) Late check out at 12 (instead of 11 am or earlier in other hotels). Not far from Rouen centre.

Less positive: only 1 small wash stand in the bath room (for such a spacious place- regarding it may be used by up to 4 people) and few possibilities to place your toiletries. 1 TV set for both rooms (only French channels). Construction works in the area- so, it can get noisy in the morning. A bit difficult to find: after the sign (not immediately visible) directly turn right to the parking lot ( with barrier). It's the white building on your right- follow the winding path to the double glass door.

This property is new and located on the edge of the city, making access by car very easy. The property is built within an area where there is a lot of new construction going on. However, the construction was not a problem in terms of traffic or noise for us. The property was easy to access, clean, and desk staff very welcoming and efficient. There is free, easy and ample hotel parking behind the hotel in a gated and secure lot. The rooms were basic, but new, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was full continental breakfast, which included, breads, meats, cheeses, eggs, cereals, etc. We stayed here to avoid taking the car into Amiens. There is a bus located across the street that takes you to the downtown area and the Cathedral. However, we used UBER which was cost effective for 4 people and worked fine. We toured the cathedral and found a great restaurant near the cathedral.

There are no restaurant options within easy walking distance of hotel. But this was not issue for us, since we went to the City Center.

Really good location for us, just outside the city so it’s peaceful but still close to amenities. Hotel was cleaned to an immaculate standard, lovely and bright room, with all our basic needs met. The bed was incredibly comfy. air conditioned room made for the perfect temperature too. Bathroom is modern, spacious and again cleaned to a high standard. receptionist greeted us with a friendly manner. breakfast options were perfect, catering for all. Secure parking too. we enjoyed a meal on their restaurant. The steak was cooked to perfection !

We liked everything about this hotel.

This is a new hotel, so everything is pretty fresh. It's so new that several nearby buildings are mid way through construction. I loved the bathroom. It had the best water pressure and facilities of any shower I've used in the last thirty hotel or BnB stays. Beds were comfy. Kids said the fold out sofa bed was fine. We didn't use the kitchen facilities or inspect them closely because we stayed here to break up our road trip to Paris. A great spot to stop in between Birmingham and Paris if you're driving.

It seemed like it took longer to arrive at this spot than it should have. However, that could have been the driver's fault (me). The numbering system used to guide you to your room in the hotel is a bit confusing, but you'll eventually find your room.

Clean, quiet, fairly comfortable, in many small things smartly designed. No disturbing lights or sounds in the room at night. Room fairly dark at night. Window cannot be opened but there is a ventilation opening on top so fresh air can come in. Nice, energetic young staff. Good breakfast. Gated and guarded free parking. Easy reach from highway and from town. Fine and attractively priced in house restaurant.

Small things... Glass of the window probably for privacy reasons covered with kind of cloudy decoration so virtually no view outside. Decoration leaves enough sunlight to come through but would prefer more traditional white lace-like curtain. Airconditioning without active cooling as far as we could see. Layer of plastic sheet under the sheet one sleeps on, for hygiene and to protect the mattress, on the otherwise very comfy beds.

The hotel is new and does the job very well for a night. Nice neutral decoration. Dogs allowed for extra charge and nice grass area for a quick toilet break for them next to the parking area. Secure parking for free. Receptionist at check in and the night guy were both very polite and helpful. Kettle in room appreciated. Overall good stay.

Fairly small room so probably not ideal for very long term stays. Neighbourhood is all new and in construction buildings so not a lot to do. The wifi wr code and password from tv didn’t work, but I created an account and it did so not major issues.

This is a modern budget hotel. Everything is clean, it has the things one wants in a room, kettle & tea and coffee in packs, wifi, clean bathroom/shower, comfy bed, Solid room doors and card opening so secure. Big car park. Restaurant menu (15 yards from reception) has a limited menu but also good value. Not quite gourmet dining though. Breakfast is typical continental. Lifts to the upper floors, so no problem for those with limited mobility..

The location isn't ideal. Away from the middle of town on what looks like a new industrial estate. Couldn't open the window - the room relies on a centralised climate control system, so everything is sealed.
