I stayed here for a week during my exam session at the University of Geneva, and I had everything that I needed during this very stressful time. I asked for a more silent room and got a room opposite from the railway, so there was no noise at all. Room was spacious and the bed was very big and comfortable. Breakfast was great with fresh products and good choice. The staff was very kind and welcoming, especially the staff at breakfast. Location is just a few minutes from the train station. The reception is open 24/7 and the building is very safe, which is important in Annemasse. Tha k you for making me feel so comfortable during this week that was so stressful for me.

The need to clean the kitchen was a bit weird, I had not seen that before in any other hotel where there is cleaning staff. But I didn’t really use the kitchen anyway, so that’s a minor detail.

The breakfast is really nice, and the location, near the Annemasse rail station, is convenient for going to Geneva. The staff was very nice and the rooms proper. Nearby I could find restaurants and bars.

The hotel room is simply decorated and the double bed is actually two single beds joined together, instead of a real double bed.

Just 20 minutes away from Geneve central station, and it only took less than 5 minutes to get to the hotel. The reception was very polite and kind. The room was not very spacious but you got everything you needed. Everything you need is there, kettle, stove, plates and glasses. Absolutely recommended!

The only small flaw was that the doors of the shower in the bathroom weren’t working properly. Water drained out easily during the shower.

The room was clean, the mini kitchen was great, even had a small dishwasher. Wonderful bathroom.

The only thing missing in this summer heat was an air conditioning in the room, only a fan that didn't help much. The room didn't get cool enough to sleep until 2 am. And since I was traveling with my dog, this was a big problem.

The room was quite spacious with all amenities. Small kitchen, dishwasher. Comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything you need for the proper rest.

The windows faced the train station — it might be quite loud, when the trains are passing through. Difficult to find parking — you need first to take the access card and then park.

Clean and comfortable, only few minutes from Annemasse train station wich is perfectly connected with Geneva, Annecy and many more cities around! You'll be paying 3 times less than in Gwneva hotels and easy can do all the sightseeing.

The staff was very nice it was a good selection at breakfast

I was traveling with my daughter and there's no privacy in the bathroom you could see right in. So we had to leave every time we took a shower or used the bathroom

I didn't order breakfast. The location is good, but sometimes a bit noisy because of the trains.

Synthetic pillows and blanket are not very comfortable, it is too hot under them. Weak water pressure in the shower.

The hotel Is in a good position for reaching the station in Annemasse. The room was super clean and spatious, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good! The staff was very kind to us, too.

Close to the train station, very flexible for the check in and check out.

The fridge in the room was extremely loud for one minute or so every hour which can wake people up in their sleep.
