I was on the second floor, facing the church. The room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The bathroom is large and had both a rain shower and the rinse attachment. The toiletries provided were lovely. The robes were big enough for this curvy girl, and the slippers were very comfortable. The staff were so friendly and spoke both English and French, and were very tolerant of me trying out my French on them. The rooftop was a lovely place to watch the sunset, however, as we were there at the end of the season, the bar was not open up there. A lovely stay in a hotel that could not have done more for us.

The hotel was still under final construction and the roof top bar was not open for the first few days of our stay. All this is now completed. there is a hotel across the road that is also under construction We were compensated by the hotel when we complained (free sunbeds for the week and a free meal in the rooftop bar) Gym was closed for most of our stay but opened now

Room was great, everything what you would need was in the room. Location was central to everything. Breakfast was okay.

Room Service - Ordered a Beef Burger and Fries and a pudding, was told they had sold out of beef and they offered a chicken burger instead. When it arrive the chicken was very dry. the chips were dried and stale (looked and tasted as they were fried twice and warmed up in the oven), disgusting. the Pudding was poor too. I should have complained at the time, but I was tired and had a early flight to catch in the morning. Basically a rip off for the price charged. Fire Alarm sounded around 5am. got up and when down to reception, member of staff ignore us, Until duty Manager arrived informed us it was a false alarm. Staff need to be re-trained on how to act when the alarm goes off.

Valet parking service, very convenient! Staff are all very friendly. Our rooms are spacious and have everything we need.

the room has a bit of old smell, need to open the window to get fresh air sometimes.

The staff were so kind and accommodating, truly wonderful people. The food in the restaurant was incredible, with great service.

There was building work going on in the opposite hotel during the week/ working days. It wasn’t too bad but it meant we didn’t use the rooftops during this time.

Location! just a few steps from the beach! We did not eat in the hotel but seemed busy with good vibes. We will be back! rooftop is amazing for drinks, pool is v small. Hotel is just a short ride to eden roc hotel! Great view from the room with balcony over looking sea. Rooms are very spacious! We will be back!

Breakfast was delicious. Hotel was super clean. Staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough to help. Rooftop bar was wonderful with great views. Very accommodating and baby friendly.

The menu was very limited for dinner and lunch. Still very nice but just needed a little more choice. Some new towels - fluffy ones. They were really hard. Very minor and some people wouldn’t even be bothered about that.

Just one issue, we did not have the details of the restaurant, spa or terrace times. We were given a very verbal run through but couldn’t recall it all.

Interior was very well decorated. Clean and bathroom in particular well finished.

The pillows are not as good as should be provided for the quality of the rest of the property and neither are the sheets. Would expect better pillow and sheets. In addition AC was not as strong as expected.
