Very friendly and helpful receptionist, the room was ready ahead of time, there was a washing machine in the building (including detergent) for 5 euros. In addition, there were several pools for different ages, the room was big and the hotel itself is in an excellent location, just 3 minutes from a boulevard of shops, supermarket and bakeries.

A shelf in the fridge was a bit broken...they couldn't fix it so they brought us a new fridge to the room (amazing!)

All the laddies at the office were super polite and helpful. Impeccable view from my room, amazing lighting in the bathroom, super comfortable coaches, lovely outdoor seating, stunning garden surrounding the buildings, very comfortable bed and pillows and heating.

The only thing I didn’t like was the super long cycle on the dryer machine in the laundry. Waiting 1h30min for the cycle and the clothes still being wet was a struggle but overall I had a wonderful stay.

Very good location, near city center and beach excellent for snorkeling and swimming. Pool was good. Staff was really nice and helpful. Well equipped apartment.

Cleaning might be more thorough. Upper pool was not so compelling due to birds' 'dirt'. Mosquitos are frequent (but it is for the whole region) - mosquito net would be recommended.

Grubby. The floors weren't clean and the bathroom had hairs in the shower and on the toilet. The bathroom door had dirty marks on. The reception times weren't very convenient for our stay & had to have our luggage with us prior to check in and after check out as the reception wasn't manned between certain hours. Thought check in was a bit late.

Very friendly reception staff. Assisted us in English with any query or ask. Size of the appartment was great. You can order fresh bread and pastries for the morning at the reception. Underground parking is spacious. Many pools. Clean white sheets and towels.

Not enough sun beds. Cleaning should be improved. Pillows from the living room and curtains hadn't been washed in a long time. Yes there are mosquitos in Antibes, just bring an electrical repellent - no bites for us.

The pool, the comfy well equipped flat, the location, friendly staff, nice terrace with afternoon sun. I had asked for a quiet apartment and was given exactly that

The dirty floor...think the floor needs to be washed not just swept between guests. A bit more toilet paper would be good. Lack of loungers around pool due to people leaving towels when not using for hours. The flat had been refurbished but some of the communal areas looked scruffy and dated

within 10 minutes walk of the railway station, close to the centre with plenty of bars and restaurants. 2 nice pools. the apartment was clean and well furnished with a large comfy bed.

the pans had insecure wobbly handles which was a little worrying when filled with hot food/liquid and there wasn’t a wooden spoon to stir things with

spacious, well located property with a big balcony.

the property asked for a €300 deposit (which I’ve never had to pay for previous accommodation). it took a full month for the transaction to reverse.

Ground appartment is very nice and has garden view. Kitchen is very well equiped. Everything is new. Highly reccomended

Reception works only few hours in the morning and few afternoon. Be careful when you check in. Pictures on booking com showed balcony but we got ground terrace. It is also nice but we wanted balcony vith view

We've stayed here a few times now and it's always been ideal. The rooms are decent enough and have everything you need. The swimming pool and garden areas are great and it is perfectly located to explore Antibes as well as near the train station to explore Cannes, Nice, Monaco etc
