Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Would prefer a key to the room as the entry code was in our phones which we left in the rooms charging and we got locked out of the room at maybe 1am after a late arrival. Easily regained access following a phonecall to the emergency contact but it caused a lot of stress.

We were on our way from a vacation in Nice and we were heading to Marseille Airport as we had booked our flights from there, and the hotel constituted an affordable place to get a hot shower and sleep the night to head to the airport in the morning. The staff was friendly

The hotel's location is in an industrial area, but convenient as it is close to a shopping mall and restaurants.

- The windows were dilapidated, and the blinds let in the light as soon as the sun rose - The floor in the room looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. There were dirty sticky traces like dried syrup on the floor. - There is no hot milk at the breakfast. - You had to enter a code to open the door to the rooms, to open my room, any code worked.

Nothing really, it’s a place to crash after a journey, not a place to stay. The indoor swimming pool was a surprise after one of us had a shower !

Nothing much

Awful smell in bathroom, poor soundproofing, window blinds only opened 4 inches onto large bushes, very wet carpet down the hallway. Tried to find a member of staff to inform them and also if they could ask neighbours to be quieter....screeching and banging at 11pm +...no one anywhere. The place was empty. Hairs by bath and whole place needs renovating. Nothing in neighbourhood so would need to use car to find restaurants. Car alarms going off in car park..not fault of ibis..just annoying.

The room was quit dirty. There was no towel disposed in the bathroom, I had to ask for it. The sheet was stained with… I don’t know what.

Parking on site

Pretty much everything else. No soap in a soap dispencer. Just three towels for everything for three people, no hand towels. The pillows (that is if you even can call them pillows) were horrible! You have to fold them 4 times and even then it is impossible to sleep on them. No place to put your suitcases on, or even a bottle of water by the bed for that matter. On the second night we woke up closer to 5am because of the loud banging on the door or so we thought! When we came to our senses we realized that it was water pouring from the floor above! We called emergency number only to be told to go back to sleep and that they will be there at 7. The water keplt leaking, making noise, so we couldn't sleep any more. Of couse, in the morning nobody came. I tried to talk to the receptionist, she said nobody spoke English and the manager wasn't in. My daughter spoke to her in French, explained what happened last night and was given a form to fill out and told to wait till Monday for a possible reply. No apology, nothing:(
