The exterior of the house looks a little austere in some of the publicity photos but in reality is charming with lots of character, and with a lovely garden. The cottage houses, slate roofs and dual-language signs (in Breton and French) give this area an atmosphere rather like North Wales. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable, and again had lots of character. The host was charming and very welcoming and the breakfast filling and reflected the regional cuisine, with crepes, delicious stewed fruit and fresh apple juice making a pleasant change to the usual French breakfast. We had our autistic son with us, who is a very picky eater, and Lydie went out of her was to indulge him and find him something that he would eat at breakfast. If we ever visit this area again this will be our first choice for accommodation.

The hostess is genuinely the nicest kindest person.Goes out of her way to help her guests.She was happy to wash and dry a load of laundry.She even prepared a hose and bucket/sponge for me to wash my rental car. We had a very comfortable scrupulously clean family suite up one flight of stairs. A large room with a queen bed overlooking Audierne harbour and a small single room. Delicious breakfast. On-site parking. Good location.Very close to Pointe du Raz.We also visited Quimper.

My stay in Les hauts de Kersudal was an inforgettable experience thanks to the extraordinary kindness and helpfulness of the hostess Lydie and thanks to my trip to the island Sein. I can reccomend it to everybody.

What a wonderful place to stay! Clean, well-appointed with attention to detail. The host is open, friendly and a delight to talk with, despite different languages! We highly recommend staying here.

The homestay is a gem. Starting from the rooms that are nicely equipped with quality bedsheets, heavy duvets, curtains and garden view to the delicious homemade breakfast by host Lydie with crepes, joghurt, cake. The living room contains books, cds and pieces of art, is arranged thoughtfully and with lots of love. Lydie, the host, gave us a hearty welcome and is the heart and soul of this lovely maison. Absolutely recommend!! (family of 4).

We enjoyed our stay and would totally recommend it! The room was spacious and bright, nicely decorated, with an amasing view over the river and the ocean from our balcony. The breakfast was also very tasty. Parking is free and easy. The host Lydie is very attentive and helpful. The town center, beach and hiking paths are all very pleasant and within walking distance. We would love to come back!
