room was clean, AC worked well, hot water for shower worked at all times. Toilet was clean. Staff was hospitable, location is peaceful and quiet. It is very near to bus stop that where bus comes frequently and can take you to the nearby station in a few minutes. Wi-fi worked without hassles. So it was good value for money.

Staff is not always at the front desk in the day time .. when i arrived i had to wait a few minutes outside the front door which can only be opened by the hotel receptionist and the person came after i could wave through one of the restaurant area windows at one of the people inside the hotel who informed the receptionist that I was waiting outside.

This is a perfect cheaper accommodation option to staying in expensive central Paris. Stay in outer Paris and commute in/out. Also convenient to CDG. It is a quirky clean secure hotel. We arrived late and it seemed the neighbourhood was a tad sketchy but we went out Locally and had no problems and all looked fine in the early following morning light. Bed was comfortable, hotel is clean, continental breakfast was lovely, all was secure. We would stay again - if ever we pass through Paris and cut the accommodation it’s. Staff are super friendly.

I missed having shower curtains.

Breakfast was good, you'll have variety of bread and cheese for €12. The rooms are clean. But one thing that stands out the most is the staff. I forgot her name but she's excellent and kind. Tried her best to speak English and gave me all the information I needed. She even asked if I need a hair blower.

You'll have to walk 10-15 mins to get to the hotel from metro. The shower is just beside the toilet bowl so it's hard to shower and not get everything wet. But nevertheless, everything is fine.

The staff here are outstanding, kind and compassionate, l so appreciated the early access to our room after an all night flight with my son who was unwell. The accommodation was delightful, comfiest bed, extra pillow, plenty of towels, coffee machine, water, blinds that make it like block out. You have to have the breakfast it will set you up for the whole day and was delicious. With supermarket close, metro 12 min walk away with one line to the airport & one to Paris, this really is the best place to stay! Highly recommended!

Room is small, but enough for your needs if you don't plan to stay there all day. Bed was comfortable. Staff, especially Danielle, was so nice, helpful and caring. Room was cleaned EVERY day, new towels changed, even if we didn't put the sign on the door knob to clean the room. Also every day we got a new bottle of water and cookies. Breakfast was cute, delicious and big, we couldn't eat it all. Really close to the main train station, bus stop near hotel and 2 minutes of driving, goes every few minutes, or by walking 10 minutes (rer b train goes 15 minutes to cdg airport or 20ish minutes to center of Paris, every 5 - 10 minutes). Neigbourhood is calm and seems nice. Exceptionally satisfied, highly recomended, definitely would come back. :)

There is no shower curtain.

The reception staff are friendly and helpful. The location is good for a daytrip into Paris. Driving there was no problem. The railway station is a bit of a walk, but a Paris day travel pass also covers the bus to the station. The rooms are a reasonable size, clean and comfortable. The parking (extra 10 euros) is secure and convenient. Entry with a code number for the main door and the room is convenient.

Nothing, it's fine for a couple of nights and a trip into Paris.

I walked from the Aulnay train station to the hotel. The area is not very lively but there a couple of restaurants nearby. Staff are really helpful, I appreciated it. I had a double room and it was a good size (for Parisian standard), it would be small in other cities. Bed was comfy. All in all it is a good option if you are travelling to Aulnay

My wife and I were on holidays. The very first impression about the hotel was it's staff. They were nice and welcoming. When we entered our room, we found it spacious and clean. The environment was quiet which was perfect for our holidays. Love from Bhutan 🇧🇹

It was bit far away from the main city center. Be mindful that there is another hotel nearby the city center with similar name. Google map tooke me and my wife there and we ended up travelling another hour to this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and responsive. They spoke English well which made communication easy.

It was a little tricky getting there even with google directions but we made it. In the end we enjoyed our two nights and getting to know the small community nearby. Our last night we went out on foot and found a great little Greek-Lebanese deli with a delicious options for hot food dinner. When I made the reservation I wanted a place closer to the airport so we could easily return our car and get our early am flight. We saw a different side of France as well so it was a good choice.

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and comfortable yet small. Everything needed was there. Not far from train station, so convenient to get to the exposition center.

The breakfast was too much of white bread and sweet nutella, and there were no dark curtains on the windows, therefore was hard to sleep longer in the morning.
