A great hotel for a night sleep when you come in late to the airport or need to leave early. 30 second walk from the terminal to the hotel. Dinner was great but we skipped the breakfast, a bit pricey unless you intend spending a lot of time eating. Staff is used to skiers and you can keep the skis in the reception so you don't have to drag them up to the room. Great beds, I slept like a baby. Tip: the A/C made some noice but when we turned down the fan speed it went quiet.

We really liked the hotel (spent one night coming into Lyon and one night before flying out) but it costs a bit if you're only there for a quick layover. But you pay for the location and convenience.

Location close to the airport for an early morning flight. Comfortable bed and spacious room. Fantastic shower and good quality linen. Access to British TV channels was much appreciated. Very helpful and friendly receptionist as we checked in. Quiet room despite being so close to the airport.

Would have liked milk rather than cream provided and some tea-bags in the room - but appreciate this is a personal choice. We advised the receptionist on our departure that the shower base was extremely slippery when the shower was in use. However this would not deter us from using this hotel again - excellent ambience overall.

The staff were very friendly at this well-located hotel, which is conveniently situated in front of the railway station and airport. The breakfast buffet was extensive and offered a wide variety of options. The hotel also features nice decoration and stylish interiors, adding to the overall pleasant experience.

The restaurant for dinner has a limited menu and is overpriced. The buffet costs almost 35 euros and primarily offers cold dishes, with a very limited selection of hot dishes. Being an airport hotel, there is quite a bit of noise from people arriving late or leaving early in the morning.

My front desk experience with Laurence at 10am on May 17, 2024 was outstanding and memorable. She was able to check me in early instead of just leaving my bag for the day. She offered some tips for traveling into Vieux Lyon which saved me at least 30€. We also had fun giving me a suitable French name. I also enjoyed the location, breakfast and accomodations for a late checkout the following day when my flight was cancelled. Since I was rerouted with an overnight stop in Vienna I was immediately booked a night at the NH property at the Vienna airport.

Some small maintenance and cleaning items like the shower drain not working, no soap in the body wash dispenser and some leftover hair from a previous guest in the tub (probably related to the drain problem).

Very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived early I the morning and the room was ready, perfect after a sleepless nights and a long flight. Great location for the stopover , just in front of the airport! The city center can be reached by tram which is 5 min walk from the hotel. Very cozy reception, nice and quiet rooms. We’ve got everything we needed. Breakfast was exceptional, great variety of food and drinks. Everything fresh and tasty. Loved the Christmas atmosphere) Sauna was a nice bonus.

the ladies that made my check in and check out were very kind and i had everything i needed in my room.

the room is pricey and its kinda noisy in the morning, but given the fact that the hotel is near the airport and it was the closest to me when i arrived after midnight in lyon, it helped me a lot. the guarantee i was asked to pay was expensive and i was afraid i might not get my money back, but everything went well and i got a refund after two days

Check in with Alen was streamlined and friendly. He was able to hold our suitcases in lobby storage while we returned the rental car. A quick shuttle ride returned us to the hotel. Room was very comfortable, modern, clean and quiet. Never heard an airplane. We had wine and a light supper with excellent service from Richard at the bar. The location was perfect! I had a 0600 flight and a 10 minute walk had me at the ticket counter for all Terminal I airlines. My travel buddy had a 0900 flight and was able to get a few extra hours of sleep.

I lost a piece of jewelry toward the end of the trip. But, using the phone number listed for US customer service, I was connected directly to the hotel. The item had not been found but Emmanuelle, the night clerk was very knowledgeable and friendly. I must have lost the jewelry elsewhere.

Ease of checking in and out and proximity to the airport as in steps away. Restaurant on site but expensive and not much choice for someone looking for a light, late dinner.

Sheets were too stiff; I came in at the TVG station and there was no signage for the hotel. Have to follow the airport signs and get to the airport to see signs for the hotel. I was told to go upstairs at the TVG station when I asked an SNF worker, which was incorrect. I could then see the hotel but took a very roundabout way to get to it.

Nice hotel, suitable for short stays (e. g. if you have an early flight to catch) and for business meetings. Excellent location, just across the street from Lyon airport. Railway station is 5 minutes walking distance. Big and comfortable rooms with all sorts of equipment (including minibar, coffee machine, hairdryer, ironing board, etc.). Possibility to have an early breakfast (from 5.00 AM onwards). Very friendly and professional staff, Mr. Alen at the reception desk can even speak Slovenian (beside French, English, Italian, ...)

Thé staff at thé bar and restaurant are inept. Joris at the bar is hardly ever present. We had to ask the réception desktop for service. He finally came but we really had the feeling that we were disturbing him. I understood What was going on when, 3O minutes later, he served me my fois at the restaurant. This is not how a so-called " classy"restaurant should operate. The foidwas all right but ridiculously overpriced- no alternative once you are there...1h15 for starters and à main dish, on top if It.Definitely not up to It...thé bar was filhy: crumbs on the carpet; stinky tables..
