We stayed here 25 years ago, and were pleased to find the hotel still going so well. The couple who run it were lovely, and very welcoming. The room was comfortable, a good size and very clean. The bathroom was also large, & equipped with all you need. The grounds were great for walking our dog, and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby for an evening meal. Parking our car in the grounds was easy and very secure. The breakfast was superb, and very generous. We enjoyed our stay, and will be back!

For the price - nothing!

We enjoyed the breakfast. Good selections, fresh soft-boiled eggs! Nice ground for walking around outside the hotel. We were able to self check-in upon late arrival.

The third-floor room was small with tiny window was hard to get to with luggage. But that's not a big deal.

Good breakfast, renovated bathroom with good shower, our doggy was welcome both in the room and at breakfast, beautiful park behind the hotel to walk the dog, and good restaurants around the corner

Wifi was with weak signal in the room

Great location with private parking made extra safe with the gates being locked over night. Perfect for motorbikes. Owner/manager was friendly, welcoming and happy. The room was fine and much better than the star rating might suggest. Short walk to town. Breakfast was really nice and good value.

Secure parking, quiet, set in a very large garden - great if you have a dog, central location, an excellent restaurant 100 metres way. Good value for money.

Room was in need of renovation

the breakfast met our expectations, you could have a continental breakfast (with delicious croissants every morning and crunchy baguette too) or cheese, ham, and you name it! the room was very spacious and we had a nice view on the park.

Two things were missing : in the bathroom, a curtain would have been nice to avoid splashing all over the place, especially if you are tall and clumsy! As for the second thing, a dryer to dry my hair would have been greatly appreciated.

Breakfast was good and location was excellent. Lovely garden. Friendly owner. Characterful style of hotel.

The hosts were very nice and helpful. The breakfasts were copious. Everything was cleaned and worked as expected. The price was great. The hotel is located close to the old center of town.

The room looking out on the road was a bit noisy. I could also hear the noise within the hotel.

Nice, clean, quiet, comfortable. Handy for town, good restaurant next door. Breakfast was good. Secure car park. Nice gardens.

It was great. No complaints

The place is beautiful. The owners make you feel at home. During the moorning you can feel the smell of the croissants that they have baked for your breakfast. I went with my dog, and the gardens were great
