The staff are extremely helpful. The rooms and bathrooms are large and well maintained. Many linens were provided and they were clean. There are two single beds and one twin bed. We could buy breakfast for 7 euros from 6.45 AM. I asked for cold water they collected from a machine and gave. Coffee is 1.5 euros. I wanted to check out at 2.30 PM instead of 11.30 AM. They allowed us with just 15 euros. You can talk to the staff in English. One of them is fluent and the others can understand.

1. I wish that there was a kettle to heat water and brew tea in the room. 2. The closest restaurant is about a km away, which is also not a good restaurant. 3. The BUS stop for bus no 2 is walkable. You can even drag a luggage from the station to the hotel except a 50 metre patch near B&B hotel.

the room was very good for the price of 46 EUROS and a nice little breakfast for 6 Euros staff very nice but not much english spoken but we managed with translator on my phone and great WI FI great location for Angers and L'ATOLL ( if you go to L'atoll and its hot use underground car park )

room was quite hot as no air conditioning . having to climb 3 flights of stairs with luggage

It is easy to access. You are given your key then left to come and go. The room was much nicer, comfortable and quiet, than I expected given price and average review.

I think a later check in would be useful.

Very easy check-in, slick automated system. Location with Super-U fuel and a couple of diners - worked well for me.

Perfect place. The manager can easily work on a 5 star hotel. Best place ever to sleep for bike.

small room but big enough to get our bikes in - just. very helpful staff. nice meal at a good price in the evening. fairly easy to find on the outskirts of town.

bathroom looked very tired. Clean and perfectly useable just cigarette burns on the plastic. just cosmetic.

Overall a good experience. Friendly staff and comfortable bed.

people smoking out there bedroom windows and the smoke coming into our room 2 German shepherd dogs barking a lot of the time

Too spartan even for a budget chain - bed on a wooden plank, no A/C, torn out wall paper and damaged shower - entire structure needs maintenance
