The hotel is in a great location, about 10 minutes walk to the centre of Bourges (although this does include steps and cobbled streets (for those with accessibility issues). Parking is very easy on a quiet street outside the hotel. We stayed in a Comfort Triple Room (we were two adults and one child) and were very very impressed with the size of the room and the space we had despite all our luggage. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely return!

The breakfast was ok, not the best and no cooked option, it would have been good to have a wider choice.

A spacious room, the cathedral visible in a corner of the window. The bed was fine, the hot water was also good as well as the Wi-Fi. They say they are a quarter of a mile from where you want to be, the cathedral and the restaurants and bars. It’s a ten minute walk. I originally liked the idea of staying in the large two-bedroom apartment “next door” to the main sight, Nid d’Hirondelles, but we have bags and they have no elevator, we would arrive at 11am, and they wouldn’t let us in, even to leave baggage, until 5pm (I wrote them several times and received polite, but unwavering, stone cold responses). There is a major restaurant of the town just across the square (Place Nation) from Le Christiana and on Saturdays a superb market.

A very comfortable stay. The hotel is very close to the centre of Bourges, and with free parking available close by, it made it a very easy place to be. Reception staff were all very pleasant and friendly, and were able to give us useful information. Our room was bigger than I had expected and the bed was comfortable. We had breakfast on one day and there was more than enough for us. No complaints at all.

Breakfast was included and was very good--not limited to bread, cheese, cereal, and fruit, but also had cold cuts and other protein (along with coffee and other beverages, of course). Parking was very easy; there's a free parking lot very near, and there were ample street side spaces, also free. The rooms were attractive and well designed. Bourges is a fascinating place and this hotel is well located, with good restaurants close by.

The Hotel was great, staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. Breakfast was good value and offered a wide choice.

The town was a disappointment. Nice architecture etc, but on a Sunday evening there was only one restaurant open that we could find, and they refused to accommodate walk ins! So if you want to visit Bourges, we would recommend any evening except Sunday. Although it is a pretty town!

I have stayed here on more than one occasion: Bourges an excellent stopping off point between northern and southern France, and the Christina is perfectly located on the edge of the historic centre, within easy reach of the main sites, shops and restaurants. The rooms are very comfortable, spotlessly clean, well-equipped and quiet. Breakfast is a good French-style buffet. The staff are all very friendly.

The room and facilities were spot on for our one night stop-over. Air-con was effective on an exceptionally hot day, the TV had access to plug in our Firestick - which is always a bonus for us and the WiFi worked well. The room/hotel was clean and tidy with helpful and friendly staff. This was our first stop-over in Bourges - we usually stop in Tours. The city was very interesting (culturally/historically) and we hope to return.

No parking at the hotel as the street was already full upon arrival. However, there is a car park just round the corner with free parking between 17.00 and 9.00am. Not a problem really for us.

Beautifully modernised small hotel. Well situated for town. Friendly staff. Room was very well laid out with tea/coffee making, very comfy. Separate shower & toilet. Free parking.

Could be difficult to find a parking space on the street outside hotel. No small fridge & couldn't get the safe to function.

Located in the centre of the city, it is only a short walk from the House of Jacques Cœur and the famous Cathedral. Parking in the street in front was free.

I did not like the breakfast made up mostly of sample sized pieces each in its own plastic packaging. This results in too much plastic waste and gives a rather artificial and cold feeling to the breakfast.

Comfort double room - huge bed, very comfortable with a great night's sleep on consecutive weekends. Breakfast varied and substantial very good value. Staff very helpful and spoke French if you do but were happy to speak English if you get a bit stuck! Location very central with free overnight parking on very quiet streets. We will use again as a first choice if we are passing through. Perhaps even stay longer as the City is very interesting.
