The staff were really nice and helpful with pieces of advice; the breakfast was delicious and there were lots of choices both savoury and sweet. The room was clean/spotless. We were also hosted with bottles of water, coffee and tea, which is really nice.

The toilet (though a great idea of being separate from the bathroom) was a bit too narrow (especially for someon who is not thin :D ) I wish the parking lot was free (as there are still hotels that offer the parking spot for free), especially when it's hard to park your car in the city center where the hotel was located. Surprisingly there was no fridge.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. They helped us order taxis if we needed one and offered baguettes, charcuterie, cheese, etc. anytime we met up with friends in the seating area offset from the bar. The room was a good size and the bathroom had a full-size shower with a large vanity. The hotel is within walking distance of several shops, places to eat, and the aerial tramway to access the other side of the city across the water.

The pillows were uncomfortable to use for sleep as they are quite tall and firm. However, this is a minor issue given the hotel's services and proximity to shopping, cafes, etc.

Everything was perfect. From Reception to the room and specially breakfast that was fantastic, only compliments. One morning, after taking breakfast, we went up but our room was being cleaned and though the Staff wanted to leave we said we would wait down in the lobby. After less than 5 minutes he came down to tell us it was ready. I've been staying in more than a few hundred hotels during my life and never saw this kind of service.

Exceptional hotel in every way. Excellent facilities, beautifully appointed rooms and everything was immaculate. Dining room was a delight with well chosen superb quality menu at a very reasonable price, breakfast or dinner. Outstanding feature was staff friendliness, enthusiasm and competence at every level, possibly the best I have experienced.

The room was nicely cleaned every day and fresh water was provided. Breakfast was nice and staff were really friendly and helpful.

Some more hot food options at breakfast would have been good. I would appreciate an iron in a superior room. The mattress was not comfortable enough for the price of the room.

The room and bathroom were compact but comfortable. The twin beds were nicely sized and very comfortable to sleep in. The breakfast was great and the staff at the reception as well as in the restaurant was very helpful. The hotel is centrally located on a fairly quiet street (actually Brest is generally a quiet city).

I felt like the restaurant was short staffed. They had just one person catering to all the guests during breakfast.

Arriving very tired and scruffy i was welcomed very professionally and with genuine care by reception. The clean and well decorated room with spacious bathroom were great. Breakfast first class with great service. Local info was provided the following day to solve my travel problems

Service as a whole was quick and good. Pretty quiet area, but city center is near enough to walk there.

Gluten free bread was terrible (however it seemed that word "gluten-free" is almost unknown in Bretagne and for people living there thus it was not just this hotel's issue...)

The smoke alarm in the room was blocked by toilet paper. Obviously the staff had not noticed but it makes me wonder how many other rooms have smoke alarms that are not working. Cleaning staff should do a visual inspection daily as it is a serious safety hazard.

The Hotel is very clean, staff friendly and the restaurant has a good chef. We stayed two nights and had dinner only in this restaurant. The room was large and very quiet.The hotel also has several parking places in the underground garage.
