The place itself is a dream.The garden, the setting, the decor, the restaurant, the bedroom are all so subtle in their decoration. Chic and classic but not too much in your face. It is a discreat elegance. The people working there, were very very professional, very attentive to details and and a great sense of humor.

For me the mattress was a little too hard. But since it was just one night I could deal with it.

The food is amazing, staff attentive and out room beautiful . Was greeted with a cup of tea and a pastry which was really unexpected

Garden furniture was tired and needing tables cleaning - but did go in March so low season but a poor first impression as we parked at the back and walked in through the garden

A beautiful building set in aged monastry gardens. Tastefully furnished .Small hotel with approx 11 rooms makes you feel like you are staying with a relative who is delighted to have you.

I cannot think of anything that would make it better.

The location is amazing, not only the small town but also the hotel structure and amenities. A special mention to the staff tha has been extremely generous and always keen to support us during our stay.

This is a home from home !!! really !!! the staff were superb and attentive our room was comfortable and the bed just like home. pool clean and easily accessible

one tiny suggestion please can you make some smaller portioned dinner and lunch menus

Amazing restaurant and service. The food was excellent and the staff made us feel welcome from as soon s we arrived.

The toilet was in the shower room which was a bit strange.

The dining experience was exceptional. Each dish was so carefully balanced with wonderful combinations of fresh produce. An absolute delight.

Waiters at restaurant inadequately trained. No support carrying luggage from parking to hotel.

Everything is just perfect. Our room was private and very comfortable. the Fork restaurant is about as good as it gets in the gastronomic world. Just brilliant. the Maitre D was also a star.
