A very clean & comfortable room, with a large bathroom & separate toilet. A king size bed, very comfortable. A very quiet room. There is a small fridge which was an added benefit & free secure parking. A great bonus was a parking bay out the front of the hotel to book in & unload luggage before securing your parking space underneath the building. A lovely lady on reception who suggested we have a ground floor room due to the amount of luggage we had. We only had an overnight stay here & the next morning I relocated the car from the parking back to the street bay to reload our luggage. The kind lady on reception helped us with our bags. An easy walk to the seaside esplanade with lots of restaurant options. We felt very safe walking around & it was a shame to only have one night. Definitely a 10

Very nice staff, really tried to help in all aspects. The size od the room is better then usually for a 3-star hotel in France. Big TV with a lot of French, but also some international channels. A small refrigerator as well as a small safe are in the room. Nice big shower. The room has also an air-conditioning, what is pretty important as getting fresh air through the balcony is not recommendable as the street is pretty busy. However, due to double doors, the street noise is rather low. Railway station (TER trains) as well as buses are only 5 minutes walking from the hotel.

The choice for the breakfast could be a little bit better, or at least not the same each day.

Breakfasts were just what one needs for a start to the day ++++++ Excellent. Regarding TAXI from Hotel to Airport. The Lady driver did not have any EURO apart from a single €10 note -- which caused complications when paying her. This was not a Taxi either ---- as there was no meter installed. My advice would be to recommend that such a car collection/delivery service should have adequate notes/coins to assist in payment by a tourist.

The TAXI driver (lady) --- trying her best to get more that the agreed fare. Nice Airport is such a simple run -- that a simple tip is all that is involved

Cagnes sur mer wasn't the most exciting town to be in, but this hotel was definitely worth the night we spent there. We had a room with 2 twin beds and it was quite spacious. The beds were separated and very comfortable. There was a little bar for coffee and tea. There was even a large closet with hanging space if you need it. The bathroom likewise was comfortably-sized and has a heated towel rack. The one "low" side of this hotel is that there is no elevator, so at least 1 flight of stairs will be in your future. Close to the water (12min) and close to the racetrack. It's also about a 5 minute walk to the train station or a 7 minute walk to the main bus square to go out to the smaller villages along the riviera.

Room and bathroom were comfortably clean, air conditioner was quite powerful.

Fridge could be more decent and powerful. Makeup mirror in the bathroom would be better.

Great location and service. Very clean room, comfortable beds, air conditioner. The room has a kettle, a fridge, a safe. There are many shops nearby, the sea is not far away, train station is a 7-minute walk away, excellent access with the entire Cote d'Azur coast.

Everything was great! Great location, 10min walk to the beach, 20min to Nice by car, its a good place to stay to get to now the Cote D'Azur, Nice,Monaco etc...you have parking, supermarkets, bakery close to the hotel

Very good location. Near to the main roads and highway. Breakfast was with a big choice and well prepared. Eggs where missing. But good place to stay.

This location is good to stay for a business trip or just for a night during a trip, but to far from nice touristic places by foot.

nice little hotel, loads of parking on the street when I arrived so I didn't take the 10euro hotel parking

My room was well insulated against the road noise but the connecting room was noisy

The employees were very patient and helpful and answered all our questions. One employee helped me drive our car into the garage and showed us how to arrive at the medieval castle. She recommended restaurants for dinner also. Their parking garage is an advantage in this crowded town.
