The staff were very helpful. Also the parking arrangements were very good
It was disconcerting that the air conditioning turned off during the night during the heat wave conditions. Otherwise ok. We did not have dinner or breakfast at the hotel but would rather eat in the old town.

The location near the gare, the room was great, bed very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly and attentive.
No tea making facilities in room. Common areas need refurbishment.

A super hotel for my trip but I was disappointed with the Wi-Fi speed. The room was excellent, ,very clean with a very comfy bed and good shower, the best part of the hotel is the superb staff.
The Wi-Fi speed needs to be quicker and the choice for breakfast was limited, what they did serve at breakfast was very good.

Room was a good size. Good and accessible location. Staff were very helpful both in terms of arrival and in giving local advice
Car parking should be clearer. The area also feels a bit run down and there were a number of rough sleepers in the locality which felt bad for security of the car parked on the road

Hotel is well located near the rail station, and has option for secure parking at a reasonable price. Staff very friendly and helpful. Large, clean modern room, with large bathroom. Bed very comfortable and clean. Great breakfast reasonably priced.

Room with a reasonable size. Very close to Pont Valentre, however the are not many choices of boulangeries/cafés/restaurants in the area.
Not very well isolated rooms, you can hear noise from the cars outside and the elevator.
