I liked the location, close to everything. Very nice people working there. Rooms are big modern and clean. Breakfast is great.

40€ a day for parking. I don't know why they have the deposit.

Cleaning service needs improvment.I had to call 3 times to reception because the cleaning lady "forgot " to put shower gel,hair conditioner,slippers. The main elevator broke every 3 days. Parking in front of hotel should be allowed equally for everybody not regarding what car you drive.The parking boy came right away to tell me I am not allowed to stay more than 15 minutes in front of hotel to drop the luggages but a Ferrari stationed there for 3 days.Maybe the ferrari shows the hotel should be fancy.Who knows ? Just discrimination in my opinion.

our room was clean and quiet and the location was close enough to the beach.

We had to wait over an hour to check in even though we arrived after checking time. Also, one of the men who was working the front desk or was possibly the porter was less than courteous to us after we had checked out and were waiting for our taxi. He acted as if we were in the way and when I told him that we would just be there a little longer he said, “yeah, yeah, yeah” and dismissed me with a flick of his wrist. I felt disrespected.

The breakfast was very good and the staff specially serving the breakfast was very polite and nice. The location is perfect for those who want to simply relax, its not far from the beach however quite far from the main restaurantes of the city. During the first day we had a room with sewage problems, the bathroom needed renovation and was terribly stinky however the hotel was nice enough and changed the room upon our request given us an upgrated room. Also the rooms are not soundproof and sometimes you can hear the noisy neighbours but generally it was a quite place. Generally we enjoyed our 4 nights stay.

Helpful staff, easy to get invoice as a business trip must, solid buffet breakfast, better than before. Balcony was fine. Staff gave an additional blanket without any word. Clean as always. Felt the improvement as a regular guest.

The wifi was not that reliable this year. Though it was fully renovated at the shower we felt sewer smell which was a bit uncomfortable. Couldn't find any sport channel on TV among the 100 channels.

Room was spacious and clean with good airconditioning. Very good brekfast (but very expensive). Swiming pool was OK although could be more clean. Excellent position on 10 minutes walk to the central of the place. Stuff was mostly very helpfull.

We couldnt park the car on narrow hotel parking till we didnt pay for it. I was waiting in front of the garage till my girlfriend didnt pay for parking (room was pre-paid already).

Very good location, super comfy and beautiful room, nice big bathroom, quiet surroundings, street parking steps away from the hotel

Breakfast could have been better, warm meals were quite poor and tasteless and I couldn't find sugar or sweetener next to the coffee machines, there was also no extra milk or cream to coffee, which was really strange

It’s 8 minutes walk to the beach. The staff are so kind and great.

Shower space doesn’t prevent water from spilling out the bathroom. The carpet next to the bathroom was always wet after each shower.

Location and the size of the room. the bed was very comfortable as well. It was very clean and overall a very good experience.

One of the Valet parking staff was not being very friendly while we were getting our luggage off the car.

My room, a junior suite, was large and clean. Separate bedroom with sliding doors was a big plus. Breakfast extensive but eggs, bacon and sausages not really fresh. A pity there wasn't a restaurant. The bar was not alive at all and no permanent waiter. Swimming pool was closed.
