The people were very nice and easy to work with. It was a quiet room and was also very clean.

There were not nearly enough electrical outlets in the room, and none were by the bed. In order to plug in my CPAP breathing machine (as well as my laptop computer, phone charger, and hearing aid charger -- not to mention my wife's phone charger and tablet) I had to run two extension cords (which fortunately I travel with) across the room. Unfortunately this was enough to cross this off my list of places to stay again.

Charging the electric car: no info available at the reception, long registration process for a provider I will probably never use again. Cost was per minute of connection, I should have woken up at 2 a.m. to disconnect. I expected a charger and a flat fee or paying directly at the reception (without an occupation fee, that in an hotel, overnight is totally inconvenient). Finally I had just a quick refill, to reach a more serious operator.

It is a nice stay, confortable bed and all the necessary things for a night.

The hotel is outside Carcassone and the only way to town is by Taxi, there is no public transportation to the hotel. If you are doing the Canal du midi, it's complicated. Continental Breakfast nothing special and expensive. There is a nice bakery across from the hotel and an Aldi supermarket right by it which we recommend.

The room was of an excellent size. The bed was very comfortable. Everything looked clean. The wifi was very good. Plenty of parking space with no extra cost. There are also some shops nearby if you need to stock up on provisions or want a fresh morning coffee with patisserie.

Driving up to the hotel in the dark was a bit confusing, but I got there.

This hotel was on the outskirts of Carcassonne. It was a good stay and had the facilities we needed. It had on-site parking. The room was a reasonable size.

The location was in a fairly industrial part, so not great. We had an issue with being charged twice which took a bit to sort but it was refunded before we left.

we stayed only one night at the hotel. Very clean air-conditioned room, comfortable beds and warm welcome at the reception. Overall, very good location when travelling by car. Our main destination was Carcasson, so the hotel served good. There is ALDI very close to the hotel, so if you need to buy some staff for your trip, here you go.

The location is good to go to Carcassone by car. The staff is very nice and resolutive. There are two supermarkets close by and the room was spacious.

The only two "buts" are the beds, which are too hard, and the breakfast, which is expensive and not especially good.

Excellent location for the city and airport. Walking distance from amenities and restaurants. Very clean and the breakfast was good. Secure overnight parking.

24h check in allows for late arrivals. Very helpful staff. Quad rooms are available, very good for families

Staff for faultlessly polite and exceedingly helpful they seem genuinely eager to get on with the guests and make stay pleasant. the rooms are very comfortable and clean the showers are excellent and in general hotel was fabulous

No hot food at breakfast, love a bit of bacon
