The hotel was nice, enough space in the rooms, clean and sound isolated. We have booked 2 rooms for 5 adults and 1 child under 11 years. We arrived at 15:00 o'clock and they gave the access cards. Our parents room was fine, ours was not cleaned as someone obviously has overstayed. Anyway the receptionists apologised and gave us another clear and even better room. We had booked bed and breakfast, the breakfast was very rich, diversity of food, fruits, smoked salmon every day. However the restaurant was closed for renovation, that was the only minor thing. Also there were a few people who spoke English Brice (apologies if we have mistaken the written version of the name in French) was one of them, special thanks to him for being helpful. It turns out that you are obliged to know French when you go to this country otherwise the communication is lost. The capacity of the parking is big enough so you can easily park your car. However mind that if you came by car, you would have to enter a code which comes with your booking reservation, on the way out, you will need another code to exit which is different and for which we weren't notified at the time of our leaving, the code is being changed on a daily basis (which is reasonable for security reasons), but we would have appreciated if we were told at the reception by someone, upon our leaving. We had to get back again to obtain it.

There was a fantastic secure bike store which was amazing. It was a short 15 minute walk to the local harbour where there were a no of lovely pubs and restaurants to get some dinner in the evening. The staff genuinely couldn’t have been more helpful or friendly and as I was staying with my daughter it really was appreciated.

Large room, breakfast was very nice but this morning there were not any forks or knives offered only spoons. I was able to eat my eggs and sausage with the spoon but had trouble spreading the butter with out a knife. No napkins were available so I left the dining area to go out and find some for myself.

Upon my arrival, my room was not ready for me so I waited. I believed they were in a hurry because The bed sheets were not changed or clean with little black bugs all over the white sheets and under the covers. The sofa bed also had dirty sheets full of crumbs from last guest. Unable to sleep on bed or pull out sofa.

Good location a little way out of town. Fabulous patio area and pleasant bar/ restaurant area. Food in the evening was good value and extremely tasty (cycling the avenue verte, we were too tired to leave the hotel). Fairly good bike storage area with CCTV. Room was quiet and clean. Comfy bed and sofa bed.

The spa bath wasn’t working.

Secure parking for my van. Very large rooms. Breakfast was finishing when I came down after I misread that breakfast in the room was served later than in the breakfast room but the staff kindly facilitated my breakfast. There s a nice park behind hotel. There s a nice magnolia tree in bloom in march at the entrance.

It s more suitable for those with their own vehicles to get there.

Friendly employees, clean and big room, everything exceeded my expectations. Free coffee in the room, slippers and other consumables. The hotel is near a train station, only 9-10 minutes on walking to RER A, which was a really good decision. In addition to the fact that the train reaches the city center, it also goes directly to Disneyland.

The only bad thing to mention is the AC, it cannot be turn off, and in the last 2 days there I wake up with a terrible headache because of the windy AC.

Rooms were very clean, they provided water bottle daily. Location was great especially lots of parking spaces and nearby shopping mall and port area. Breakfast was good overall. The hotel is in a safe area near universities. The staff was very friendly.

There was construction going on during the stay. Elevators were small and slower. Overall, the hotel could use some updating. Second week my room was facing the dumpster given the construction but week 1 was facing the park was very pleasant.

It was my second time at B&B Hotel, I enjoyed it very much and will come back again. The hotel has a quiet location, a nice area, an excellent breakfast, and a coffee machine in the room. The complimentary mini-bar in the room was a nice addition to my stay :-). Perfect place for those who come to visit ESSEC. The distance to downtown Paris is about 50 minutes by train.

The room was newly renovated, comfortable to stay in and very convenient to walk to the Cergy Port for a short excursion or the shopping center down the street for food, drinks, and other things.

Renovations of the other rooms was ongoing, so there were some construction activities surrounding our stay.

Good size room. The selection for breakfast was good. All in all a comfortable hotel if you are on a business trip in Cergy.

There were ongoing renovation works at the hotel and hence the smell of paint everywhere. The bar closed too early.
