B&B HOTEL Cergy Port 4 étoiles

Large room, breakfast was very nice but this morning there were not any forks or knives offered only spoons. I was able to eat my eggs and sausage with the spoon but had trouble spreading the butter with out a knife. No napkins were available so I left the dining area to go out and find some for myself.

Upon my arrival, my room was not ready for me so I waited. I believed they were in a hurry because The bed sheets were not changed or clean with little black bugs all over the white sheets and under the covers. The sofa bed also had dirty sheets full of crumbs from last guest. Unable to sleep on bed or pull out sofa.

Secure parking for my van. Very large rooms. Breakfast was finishing when I came down after I misread that breakfast in the room was served later than in the breakfast room but the staff kindly facilitated my breakfast. There s a nice park behind hotel. There s a nice magnolia tree in bloom in march at the entrance.

It s more suitable for those with their own vehicles to get there.

Friendly employees, clean and big room, everything exceeded my expectations. Free coffee in the room, slippers and other consumables. The hotel is near a train station, only 9-10 minutes on walking to RER A, which was a really good decision. In addition to the fact that the train reaches the city center, it also goes directly to Disneyland.

The only bad thing to mention is the AC, it cannot be turn off, and in the last 2 days there I wake up with a terrible headache because of the windy AC.

Rooms were very clean, they provided water bottle daily. Location was great especially lots of parking spaces and nearby shopping mall and port area. Breakfast was good overall. The hotel is in a safe area near universities. The staff was very friendly.

There was construction going on during the stay. Elevators were small and slower. Overall, the hotel could use some updating. Second week my room was facing the dumpster given the construction but week 1 was facing the park was very pleasant.

It was my second time at B&B Hotel, I enjoyed it very much and will come back again. The hotel has a quiet location, a nice area, an excellent breakfast, and a coffee machine in the room. The complimentary mini-bar in the room was a nice addition to my stay :-). Perfect place for those who come to visit ESSEC. The distance to downtown Paris is about 50 minutes by train.

The room was newly renovated, comfortable to stay in and very convenient to walk to the Cergy Port for a short excursion or the shopping center down the street for food, drinks, and other things.

Renovations of the other rooms was ongoing, so there were some construction activities surrounding our stay.

Perfect location to see the town and for those who come to visit ESSEC. Staff was very helpful and polite, the furniture in the room is a bit old but room are kept clean and in relatively good condition. The hotel has a pool but to enter all facilities including breakfast you need the QR vaccination code which can be done in the nearest pharmacy. I wanted also to thank the personnel for the comfortable stay, will definitely stay there again.

Old furniture and rooms need repair but I guess the hotel management is working on that:) I stayed two nights and the rooms was not cleaned at all, please improve that.

Good size room. The selection for breakfast was good. All in all a comfortable hotel if you are on a business trip in Cergy.

There were ongoing renovation works at the hotel and hence the smell of paint everywhere. The bar closed too early.

Standard large chain hotel room perfectly serviceable although getting tired and dated the Breakfast was very good the choice and quality of the food and drinks were wonderful setting us up for the day nothing for the reception and cleaning staff being too much trouble.

A complete facelift and update of the place is a little overdue has from the outside it could be a little off putting to some but don't let this put you off staying here.

- Very comfy beds - We didn't hear any sound from outside - Efficient airconditionning - The presence of a convertible sofa, which was practical - By foot, you can quickly get to Port-Cergy, Cergy-Village, Cergy-Ham and the ponds of Cergy-Neuville. I highly recommend those places. 15-20 min.walk (1,5km) to the big shopping center "Les 3 Fontaines", and to the RER A station Cergy-Préfecture - By car or by bike, you can get easily to wonderful places like the 12 columns of Cergy-Saint-Christophe, Neuville-sur-Oise, Conflans-Sainte-Honorine, Andrésy or Maurecourt.

- For a couple, the room is O.K. For 3 persons, it's a bit small - No toilet brush - Although there was a swimming pool, we weren't allowed to use it due to technical issues
