A great location in the centre of town, yet still very easy to drive to with plenty of off street free parking on site, and a short walk to the train station. Very friendly English speaking staff. The buffet breakfast was very good with a selection of cold meats, cheeses, boiled eggs (soft or hard), fruit, yoghurt and a wide array of delicious pastries and breads. The Newtown Brasserie next door is a fabulous place to eat, with something for everyone Good WiFi

Gentle Aircon. Although it was really powerful in the reception area. The Room was adequate but compact. The Shower was lovely and powerful. Restaurant food very good. Free parking a real + Sockets near the bed Free water in room

The bed was a little firm for our liking. Room was smaller than I expected for a supervisor room. Wifi was a little slow in the hotel but extremely good in the restaurant area.

We didn't have breakfast as we needed to depart early. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful with her recommendations for wine shop , restaurants and bars. The room was large ,clean and comfortable. Parking good swell. Will definitely stay again. Thank You

A modern hotel in the centre of town, limited parking but I was on a motorbike so it was fine for me and safe. Clean comfortable room and the breakfast was good too. Good chateau to visit nearby and close to bars and restaurants.

Could not get a drink in the evening after 9pm although it says they are open until 10pm and could have done with a mini fridge in the room.apart from that it's a great Hotel

Room was smaller than I expected and was quite hot as the air-conditioning didn't work. Maintenance guy started pressure washing in front of the hotel at 8am which cut short our first lie in of the week.

The stay was below my expectation. Room was comfortable, correct size, reasonable price. Breakfast was very delicious, even with additional cost, I would recommended!! The staff were also helpful. There is a nice restaurant beside the hotel and terrace in front of the hotel. Last but not least, the facade itself is beautiful, feels like arriving in another Chateau in Chateaubriant.

Location was great. I liked the cleanliness, room facilities and the bed as it was very comfortable.

I missed the vegetables during the breakfast

Breakfast was fab, plenty of choice. Couldn’t ask for more.

Bedroom was a little short, the space at the bottom of the bed was narrow, which was a slight inconvenience.
