This hotel is super-recommended - best service I have ever seen! Location is the best in Courchevel! Right next to the Croisettes - the main ski-hub and in the middle of the shopping area of the village. The entire team was super friendly and helpful, from organising and changing restaurant reservations (a must during high-season!) throughout to dealing with all kinds of unforeseens. The sports-shop in the hotel is ultra-convenient, and they even put on/take-off your ski-boots for you - nirvana! Breakfast was fantastic and served with a big smile, a lot of love and a total can-do approach. Every breakfast made us start the day with a smile. It's really a place like I haven't experienced before.

Bathroom sink was not too comfortable.

From the moment of booking the hotel, all our additional requests for booking restaurants, ski equipment, coaches, transfers, the hotel has shown itself from a professional position. Madame Agnes Bouanani - Hotel Manager, Woman Boss :) good – friendly welcomed us at the hotel . Every day, she personally visits all the rooms and communicates with the guests , asking if they like everything , if the room is cleaned and if any help is needed. Professional Front office team and specifically Ivan- a professional manager who speaks several languages, who has repeatedly helped in solving various tasks of booking restaurants, transfers and different trips, Lara, Paul and Sandra Cros are always friendly and provided any support. Special thanks to the House Keeping Team - clean, cozy, polite. Thank you for the comfort of Isabel, Samy and Melanie. Team from breakfast - thank you for the good mornings. Ski Service team - Sam and Marco thank you for help in the selection of ski equipment and daily care . My daughter and I stayed at the hotel for 9 wonderful days during the Christmas holidays . Previously , we were in other hotelsin Courchevel , but now we will return to the White 1921 team surely again . The location of the hotel is the very center of Courchevel 1850 : 2 minutes from the ski lift, the best restaurants , Le Tremplin restaurant is almost next door, the best shops and other entertainment places are within walking distance. The hotel was very cozy and warm. A sauna, a hammam and a Jacuzzi and a small gym are available to guests every day. The hotel is boutique style and very cozy . A wonderful recreation saloon where you can sit and chat with friends. If you are traveling for skiing, outdoor activities, and not sitting in a hotel with pathos and want a convenient location, then I recommend staying at White 1921. location for shopping and walking is excellent. rooms are modern and new and clean. breakfast is very good.

disadvantage is that you can’t ski in and out like other hotels. if they had let staff help carry your skis to and from the slope then it would be perfect. bottled water at breakfast is included in your rate, but if you take the bottle to your room then you have to pay for it???

The location is the best possible, as it is in the city center and near all the shops, restaurants, and the main ski lift. The breakfast is also excellent, as well as the ski service - the staff is very kind and supportive.

The rooms are very small. We didn't have space for opening our luggage and the wardrobe was small for two people to organize our clothes. My only recommendation for the staff is to be more careful regarding calling the rooms. On our first morning there, they called us at 6:00 am to let us know that a driver was there - it was a mistake and they called the wrong room. On the second morning, they called again saying that a ski instructor was waiting for us - again, the wrong call. Then I realized they didn't update the guest list of rooms of that week and our names were messed up with the wrong room number.

the breakfast was excellent, with Natalia a fantastic host. the location is also excellent

we had some IT problems in our room. having stayed at the Tovets before it was taken over we always had a front facing room, but they were very small. so this time we booked a rear suite to have more room, but were disappointed that the bathroom was set out for disabled access meaning there was no bath. this should have been made clear.
