Great location, beautiful lake and park just behind the hotel. Easy to reach by road and to park with free and spacious car park. Massive shopping centre just 5 mins by car or 15 walking. Staff friendly and helpful. Piano available in lobby which my son had a chance to play. Table fussball and swimming pool also within facilities. Breakfast good with variety of pastries eggs salami and cheese, etc. Room had a small fridge which helped keeping foods cold. Also the window could be opened properly all the way which was great as it let us have fresh air in. The tv was huge for hotel standards. Perfect location if you're going to versailles or paris as its kind of between. Took us 30 mins to go to versailles, but 1 hour on the way back with heavy traffic. Paris was about 30 mins but evening light traffic.

Room had an air con which we couldn't turn off no matter we tried. Also the first day towels were a bit smelly of humidity. Shower head didn't stay in place so had to hold it all the time. There also was bad smells coming from the toilet which didn't go away even though the door was closed.

The hotel and staff were extremely nice and made us comfortable. rooms were very clean and the location of the hotel was perfect and in a quite and relaxing place near a lake with beautiful view at walking distance. Also very close to super market and a nice shopping mall. also there is amazing and safe parking area for cars.

Location and staff were the best, very helpful, making all our wishes come true, swimming pool was a blast. Bed was massive and super comfortable. Easy access by metro to the Eiffel tower. I would happily book again.

A bit old and dated, especially the bathroom, not very clean at all, found hair, dust, dirt, leftover food even on our room. Also there was food available between 2.30 and 7pm at all.

Very friendly staff. The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood just by the lake. Very comfortable parking free of charge. There is a big shopping center 5 minutes by car. The room was adequate for a family

The location was incredible. It was walking distance from the lake and from a great shopping mall. The view was beautiful .

The location by the park is beautiful. I would like to particularly praise two members of the staff: Sadat, if I recall his name correctly, provides the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. He was pleasant and polite and conscientious. The receptionist, Ruud (if I am spelling it correctly) was exceptionally polite and helpful.

We had a fantastic time with the breakfast team especially Mr ARAFAT very professional personnel and very welcoming.And the guy at the checkout service at 12pm he has greated us well.
