easy to park. quiet surrounding. easy to come and go from/to the highway (with a gps)

automaton for entrance, no ticket delivering room number + password. and no way to register twice, so if you didn't memorise on screen the number, you are screwed. + : the hall with the automaton has no clim, it was 35°C. so I had to call a remote assistant on the interphone. the next client after me did the same mistake. an email arrived 30 minutes later, so it is useless. the couple before me was cleaver to take a snapshot of the screen with their phone. they need to explain much better the procedure, and which information on the screen is vital to note and memorise for the entrance.

Very pet friendly - room 5 was so quiet! Friendly staff, great room. Was happy to be able to heat up our take away with the microwave they provide and get coffee from the vending machine. There is no restaurant for dinner in the hotel, only for breakfast. Be aware that there are only 2 restaurants nearby (Pizza place - the oil was dripping off the pizza!). Recommend the Aldi just before you turn off into the direction of the hotel. Or many take-aways on the highway off ramp before the one to the hotel. Stayed here as a stop over on our way to Spain and again on our return.

No hair dryer in the room, but this can be obtained from reception.

Receptionist was very nice and helpful, spoke English well and advised us on where to eat in the area. As well as about the discount in a few restaurants around. The room was clean and comfy, bathroom was quite tiny but also clean and nothing to complain about. The building is nice and refurbished, with a private car park closed at night and free of charge. Secure building.

Tiny bathroom but enough for the money.

The on duty manager could not have assisted more in getting my son and I a twin room rather than the double that I booked in error. We arrived much later than planned due to some travel issues and he could not have helped more. On top of the impression made by him the building was modern, clean and the breakfast was great for the price.

I cannot think of one aspect that I could complain about. Whenever I am staying in the Bordeaux area I will be staying at this hotel.

Looked a bit isolated but a 2 minute walk onto the industrial estate took us to a really cool bar at the back of the wine cave. Followed by a discounted meal at La Boucherie (try the beef carpaccio) and a good nights sleep in a quiet, comfortable and practical hotel room. Does what it says on the tin.

Best stop over between UK and Spain. Reception closes at 9pm but easy access to hotel and room with a code. Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfi room. Parking is free and lot closes at midnight. No dinner available but there are restaurants nearby and pen to 22h00. Breakfast was really lovely for €8. Our dogs were welcome. We had a peaceful night. Will be back. Thanks!

Very nice room with very good large disabled bathroom, good sized room also. Nice breakfast, except for ice cold scrambled eggs?

Although the room was very nice, would prefer twin beds as partner disabled and fidgits in night. But only options were disabled double, or none disabled twin. Try disabled twin and I believe would make more people happy. See comment re cold scrambled eggs.

Clean, new hotel, one to two Km from the A10 motorway, very convenient stop off when travelling through France. Four or five restaurants within walking distance, as is an Aldi if you need any items from there. Very large car park, but it soon fills as the hotel is obviously so popular, but set amongst trees. Staff helpful, fun and friendly.

Very clean and tidy. We used this B&B as a stop of on route to and from Portugal. It was perfect. Such friendly staff, comfortable bed and lovely breakfast (at an extra cost) we would definitely visit again

We would have liked the breakfast to have been included in the price of the room.

Brilliant location for travelling through France en route to Spain or the UK. Spotlessly clean and welcoming with a cheerful and friendly receptionist to check you in. The room was modern, spacious and very comfortable The common areas were clean and modern and the buffet breakfast very good value for money with lots of choice. Highly recommended hotel.
