I like this hotel as it is close by to the highway and safe parking although it has still too narrow lots. The staff is kind, cleanness, quite. It's been already years I don't know how many years I keep return to this hotel.

The prices are almost doubled after the pandemic. I stopped taking breakfast this year in order to compensate the price difference. It is still not even close to the old price. And the breakfast is lacking of that nice cake as well, it is no more available. Parking lots are too narrow and some guests are parking occupying two lots. And lots of Tesla charging lots made. I see people park everywhere regardless it is parking lot or not. I can understand that, I would do the same if I can't park somewhere particularly if you come late in the night.

When I booked this hotel, I received an email with very detailed information on how to reach the hotel and the hotel facilities, I wish more hotels did that. I also liked that all of the staff spoke English, which, unfortunately, isn't very common in France. The breakfast was quite good, too.

I don't really have a lot of downsides to report. We haven't had a chance to test the swimming pool due to the bad weather, but that's obviously not the hotel's fault. Also the rear staircase needs some renovation and to get freed of the clutter, but this is a minor remark.

Location, reception staff, facilities and size of rooms. We booked 2 rooms, one of them had dirty, stained towels and there were hairs in the bed, on top of the sheet. The receptionist handled this immediately and changed the room without any delay apologising for the incident.

The manager of the kitchen and bar (Corinne?), was extremely rude to both staff and customers. She seems more suitable for working in a penal colony instead of the hospitality business, as her approach was degrading and authoritarian towards staff and dismissive towards customers. Would be good to put her on a course to improve her communication skills.

We had a great stay overnight during our road trip. Excellent location just a few minutes off the motorway. It was very good value for money with a good Buffett breakfast included. The rooms were good, nothing fancy but the shower was great. Air con worked well. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and that was nice too.

Reviews suggested that the outdoor pool was cold …. Don’t believe them - it was flippin hyperthermic!

Though it was a bit dated, there is something that feels very nice about this hotel. We enjoyed a cool drink in the (open all day) lobby bar, a refreshing swim, and a pizza and French wine. Plenty of parking. Air conditioning was essential and worked well. Breakfast was adequate. The bed was too narrow but it was comfortable. The location is an easy access from the autoroute.

Restaurant food for dinner was lovely, salad was fresh, sea bream was really good and kids pasta was tasty and a good portion. Kids could play table tennis, football and swim. Lots of room for them to run around. Great stop off hotel on way to the south of France. Staff were lovely and accommodating.

We stoped here on our way to the south of France because of the Supercharger. This is a very basic hotel with the basic you need but not Luxus. Clean, yes. Practical, yes. Good for one night break, charge your Tesla and keep on with your journey. Personal was friendly.

Bar, pool are tiny. Breakfast is simple.

The bed is adjustable. I can put it lower or higher. It makes me comfortable. Drinking water and the water boiler are good facilities inside the room. I feel the hospitality and the welcoming. The clothe hangers are very useful.

The shower is linking and water is still running by itself after being used and closed. The toilet is not completely clean.

Perfect for us. We stopped over on our journey south through France. Very clean, staff were lovely, and a great breakfast in the morning - although boiling your own eggs became tricky, people kept moving them so it was difficult to know where your had gone and which ones were cooked! :)

Breakfast was very good presented in a professional way ,and also the parking is a bonus for me as I drive an ev car

My wife and I both had an evening meal the food was very good the only thing I will say is that my wife's dessert which was creme caramel was very poor indeed,apart from that everything was good
