Perfect location for us, not too far from St Malo and our ferry home. Lovely little town although not much open. Hotel was very clean and modern, we had a nice spacious bright corner room for three. We booked for dinner and had a delicious meal (you order before dinner time if possible as all prepared and cooked to order). Really nice hotel and would stay again!

All was great although did have some noisy people in room above who kept us up a while - but not the hotels fault. Nothing I would complain about hotel wise - all good!

Staff very friendly, Fantastic location for visiting Mount St Michel and touring both Normandy & Brittany being situated so close to the border. Beautiful former mill, and wonderful toe path for an evening walk

Beautiful location, lovely views, fan provided. Staff were friendly, location in the town very good for exploring. Very quiet despite being on the river. Liked the carafe in the room and water fountain. Reduces plastic.

These are only small niggles. No air-conditioning, toilet tissue very thin. Sausage at breakfast tasted nice but had a lot of gristle. Smell from evening meal pervaded public areas on our arrival, suspect fish that evening.

A great discovery in a picturesque setting - lovely hotel in a small village next to a river and an old mill. Staff were really friendly, there was parking across the road and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely and the three course meal was delicious. Chef made a special vegetarian meal on request and the waitress was fantastic - suggesting wines for each course. Not far from Mont Saint Michel and well worth the 15 minute drive. Would go back.

Hotel is very clean and all the staff are FANTASTIC. They are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The WiFi is very good and it was great to have a kettle in the bedroom. There is really good parking opposite the hotel. The food both breakfast and evening meal was really good. The town with lots of restaurants and bars was an easy walk from the hotel.

The smell from the kitchen that lingered in the general hotel areas.

Very good price/quality ratio! Good hotel at a pretty location - overlooking the river. Good breakfast, friendly staff (our host Kyrian gave us a warm and professional welcome), modern shower.

Nothing major, we were quite happy. Shower area could use a deep cleaning, and the mechanic door closers slam the door too roughly -- should be adjusted to avoid people waking up from neighbouring doors.

The room was lovely with good views over the river. Breakfast was a good variety of items. Staff were very pleasant. The room was quiet unfortunately fellow guests were not

No covers on food sitting out for breakfast to protect from wasps and flies. The light in the bathroom came on automatically which was nuisance as this woke my partner. The restaurant was closed and all other restaurants and cafes in Ducey were also closed on the Sunday and Monday.

Beautiful and quiet location, beautiful view from the window on the river, sunny south room, very good food, elevator, friendly staff.

Unfortunately, the restaurant was closed on Sundays and public holidays, the toilet paper and soap were awful.

Amazing location in a beautiful small village, our river view room surely fulfilled its promise. Good size and clean. Breakfast is very good with fresh ham and cheese nicely kept cool.

Very simple bathroom. A bottle of water which is supposed to be complimentarily available from reception "per stay according to Best Western policy" (sign in the room) was charged because we did not explicitely ask for the complimentary bottle. This left a bit of a bad mark with an otherwise perfect stay.

We loved the location and the window views were beautiful and the breakfast had a good selection of food.

The rooms were smaller than we thought. We arrived early for breakfast but then more guests started arriving and were not moving so other guests could not get the buffet food. There needs to be more space.
