Building D has rooms with lake view and we had two balconies with amazing lake view. The personal was very friendly and made room upgrade (from 1-bedroom to 2-bedroom) for free and without request, just because they had free rooms. For me it is indicator of high care about tourists. In general we liked the area, it was close to the supermarket and local market. Also, the room has a machine washing dishes and all needed kitchen staff as plates, etc. So, I have only positive feedback from our stay.

I can’t say I didn’t like it as in general room was fine. But it is reality that the rooms were reconstructed, but the furniture seems to be not renovated since some time. So, I wish the property to have very many tourists to have financial possibility to make also furniture renovations in the coming future.

Located pretty close to the lake side. More of residential area and AirBnB style, rather than hotel residence, to be more precise.

Tricky to find and entrance from the road, especially Google map shows one little passage as an entry to the facility, which is not allowed for cars. Neither a.c. nor window screen makes it difficult to sleep over the summer nights. No control over “smokers” outside balcony, making it even harder to breathe during summer nights.

Spa and swimming pool, really nice. If you want breakfast, you must paid 12 euros per day per person. Easy to get in by car with a parking area. The room has a kitchen and fridge so it’s very easy to prepare your own meals. The staff is very helpful and kind.

breakfast a little bit expensive

We were a couple and opted for a 2 bedroom apartment. Lots of space and the luxury of 2 bathrooms (1 Toilet). Balcony with a lake view but unfortunately overlooking a road which was busy . Building is dated and basic but suited us fine as we were playing golf and the golf course is right next door. Staff were very helpful as we were not happy with the apartment which was first offered. Breakfast was great for the price paid, good choice. Very popular with French visitors always a good sign in France.Swimming pool, sauna and laundry room.

Very spacious appartment with nice view. Very clean everywhere. Great pool. Excellent staff at the reception. Walking distance from city centre and lake (but of course very steep streets...).

The kitchen was poorly equipped. It was hardly possible to cook for a family of 5 people. Breakfast was excellent, but the setting a bit 'cold'; it felt a bit like sitting in a school canteen or so. Quite expensive, but I guess that is what Evian means...

Helpful and kind staff, dealt particularly well with a rude customer in the queue before us. Nice apartments, great view, great price. Hadn't slept that well in ages. BTW it's a good idea to book the underground car park spaces and the breakfast. It was lovely. We will go back.

Great location, just a hour by train to Geneve or 1,5 hour to Month Blanc. Stuning lake view. As the breakfast for 11 Eur was quite basic. Next mornings we made our own breakfast on our appartment terase. Lidl is 3 min walk. What a beautifull morning.

the furniture is bit outdated. the sofa in livving room was to soft to have a nice sleep.

such a shame that the complimentary water is not Evian and it’s from a different region the property shows it’s age, furniture really needs an update to catch up with this millennium
