The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent. The food was simple but very tasty and very good value. Outside there are many comfortable areas to sit in and relax after a day's driving. There is plenty of free parking, including a garage All the staff are very friendly and professional

The bedrooms are small with a poor layout. We stayed in an upstairs room with no view. Some ground floor rooms have access to their own patio area

the hotel was a great find for a stopover on outer French Roadtrip, heading back from a wedding In Carcassonne area. great pool to cool off in, lovely gardens and easy check in, with good on-site parking. the air con was really good and welcome during a hot period, 30°+, and the ability to have a dog stay was great too. good on-site restaurant, great food & wine. we’d stay again if driving through again!👍🏻 All the staff were lovely too 👍🏻

Restaurant fantastic. Pool and outside area clean and great. Our room had a terrace and as we were looking after a baby grandchild really convenient for us.

Door to corridor to room needs a sign on both sides.

Convenient location, bright and meticulously clean . Staff very friendly and completely professional. Food in restaurant was delicious but portions were rather small . Breakfast was exceptionally well presented..all kinds of beverages and a “detox” drink was included.

the hotel is exquisite, spacious rooms, huge comfortable bed, fabulous bathroom, perfect central location, very reasonable price. we loved it.

the parking garage was not available owing to faulty doors so we had to park in an expensive underground parking garage 10 minutes walk away. the fee for two small dogs was exorbitant - €30 each!

Very comfortable room of a good size. Quiet. Nice pool. Good restaurant open on a Sunday night - whereas those in the town all appeared to be closed. Free car parking available on site. Interesting historic town easily walkable from hotel. Air conditioning very welcome!

There was a kettle and tea and coffee but no milk.

Our arrival was handled very well and we were very pleased with our ground floor room with terrace. Bonus having a cover3d garage for the car. The grounds are really beautiful. Service was excellent. Food was OK, not quite up to previous quality but nice.

I think the menu was not as I remember from previous visits but nice enough.

Everything we needed was there to comfort us after a long drive. All facilities were first class and made for an enjoyable stay.

I could find no fault with anything.

Disappointment with poor quality steaks, returned 2 of 4 but the staff handled very well and replaced with other options.

No cider. Even after multiple guests asked on the first day for some to be available for the rest of the stay.
