loved the fact the pool has a cover so the children can play in any weather. we had a lovely refurbished room as well, it looks like they are refurbishing all of the rooms at the moment and they move your booking into one of the new rooms where possible! the best part of all was the waiter Akram! what a gentleman. he could not do enough for you. so genuine and kind and considerate. his mother raised him very well and she should be proud! my kids absolutely adored him and said he deserves a big pay rise!!

the sun beds don’t recline so you can’t lay flat which is a little bit annoying. you can’t lay on your front on these beds or lie flat on your back. I feel like some low volume music outside is also needed for a bit of atmosphere

Family rooms are spacious, it was great to have a ground floor room with easy access to the pool.

Your outdoor area is a huge opportunity for you. the windows all around the pool could do with a really good clean. play some music, get waiters outside serving cocktails and bar snacks. You could create a great vibe out here if you gave it some attention. we thought it was quite silly that our children couldn’t eat their kids meals outside by the pool when we ordered them and we had to get them out of the pool and bring them inside to the restaurant to eat. Also - we went for breakfast once during our stay. it was disappointing. the hot trays were not filled up during that time and staff were clock watching to 10am when breakfast was finishing.

All round excellent staff and facilities ,food was of excellent standard. All the staff were véry helpful and when we spoke in our school boy french they assisted us by getting an English member of staff to understand what we required. 10/10

We didn't hire a car . But the local train station wasn't far. So there was nothing we didn't like about the hotel .

This hotel is such good value for money and we are surprised it isn't 5 stars! The room was exceptional, the breakfast was superb and the swimming pool is great too. We ate at the restaurant twice for evening meals as we enjoyed the food and wine so much. The location is excellent and perfect for use as a stopover when travelling further south like we were.

Beds could be comfier.

This is a really great hotel. The staff is very kind and professional, the facilities were really exceptional. Food at the restaurant was unique and the garden around it to die for! The parking is big with tesla chargers in the yard of the hotel. I really don't see what else can someone need from a hotel at such a reasonable pricing.

Very comfortable (large) room with balcony in recently refurbished part of the hotel. Lovely swimming pool set amongst tropical gardens and excellent restaurant with a very reasonable set daily menu.

Nothing I can think of. Location was fine for us, but maybe not ideal for people wanting to go into Nantes...

The room was clean and spacious Bed was comfy You could use all the facilities without paying extra The swimming pool was open until 10 pm. So you could still enjoy it after a whole day in the city. We stayed here for the night while on the way to Bilbao

Unfortunately, we couldn't communicate with a lot of the personnel because we couldn't speak French.

Really nice comfortable hotel with a good pool, which was crucial for us as the children like a hour or so a day to blow off some steam . Good breakfast, decent sized rooms and really helpful recepton staff

Local Metro into central Nantes wasnt that regular, once an hour , and less than that on the Sunday

Pretty much everything. We were upgraded to an exec room, very nice.

Sadly, and I know it’s not important but requested some milk for our tea/coffee, reception could not organise so went to bar to ask, basically, sorry, can’t do it. Disappointed as Neither I nor my wife like black tea or coffee.

The rooms were spotless, big, comfortable and exceeded our expectations. The room had all the appliances that we needed. There are washing machines and dryers that you can pay to use, which was perfect for our stay. The pool area was nice.

There wasn’t much to offer in terms of food at the hotel, but there are a couple of places to eat nearby, plus a supermarket.
