The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing atmosphere. The vineyard, the pool, the restaurant area... perfect for relaxation. Their Wine is also very good and a nice touch to the stay.

Unfortunately, the TV was not working, the staff was super helpful, they sent someone into the room however the problem was not fixed. For a hotel that had no entertainment for the evening, this was a negative point... The lift was not working, and the pool although relaxing still needed a calm background playlist... it seemed like something was missing...

Staff were friendly. The surrounding countryside was really nice, as was the nearby village which had some good places to eat. The breakfast was quite good.

The spa was a bit small and underwhelming. No complimentary bottled water in the rooms. A strange sulfurous smell in the outdoor parts of the site

Beautiful location in the heart of the valley surrounded by the vines.

Some light fixtures didn’t work neither did the room door system for security. Wi-Fi is on and off every 5 minutes. Perhaps we visited at a time a deal was offered for families with babies, unfortunately this did detract from the chance to relax especially around the pool area. Having 5 children, who are now adults, we thought this was a venue for a more mature group of visitors and a chance for a relaxing break.

Sadly this place could be so much better. We had booked a twin room but took over 90mins to get this sorted on arrival. We had travelled by motorcycle and would have liked to off got to the pool to relax. This wasn’t offered and we had to hang around waiting for the room to be ready Pool bar closed once we arrived Service at dinner was very slow. So people waiting over an hour between courses Expected more for this type of accommodation

Breakfast very good, but the salted side was very inexistant. No eggs or bacon offered in the price of the breakfast Pool very cold. Every saturday pool parties are organised with external customers...can be cool....but it's very "contradictory" regarding the hotel. This hotel is in middle of nowhere, really calm, perfect for relaxing, so, big party very noisy is a bit strange for this charming hotel. Regarding the price of the hotel, is a pity that we have to pay to use bikes.

The property was beautiful the location is stunning and perfect for what we wanted. if you like hustle and bustle then you would need a car the nearest village is 10mins away with some lovely local shops and restaurants and St Tropez is about a 45min drive.

The only thing letting the property down was the food :( the food was expensive and not worth it, the food we had in St Tropez wasn’t much more money and the food was amazing. The food wouldn’t put me off staying here though as you do not need to eat there.

The property and the location are beautiful, particularly for people who would like to connect with nature and find some peaceful setting.

Most of the staff seems young and in training; the door to our room was closed and the front desk agent had to call a supervisor to be able to unlock it. The restaurant attendant was kind, but chilled a red wine that we ordered too much, and we had to wait for it to get warmer in order to enjoy it. Finally, there wasn’t any hot plates option during breakfast, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category and price.

The spa could be improved -there was only a tiny sauna and swimming pool. The restaurant menu was very limited -no potato/sweet potato fries -who wants to eat chickpea fries served with a steak?!

Calm hotel in the middle of the wineyards. Possibility to taste/drink house wines. Very large pool where you can relax and enjoy live Dj session late in the afternoon. Good quality food in the restaurant. Free electric car charger if needed. Excellent reception staff, always trying to help and bringing up solutions to any problems. Gym room is not very large but enough to workout properly Kids friendly

Excellent accommodation and facilities with amazing lively vibe at the weekends. Staff were great and we had a fantastic time

Occasionally there were not enough staff and they seemed to go “missing”. Reception area was often deserted as was early morning breakfast. The pool bar staff were great but sometimes had way too much to do for one person and could have done with additional help.
