looked like a new renovated hotel, very clean and in a nice location. we had a room with a view on a harbor. the balcony was a nice surprise. comfortable bed, coffee machine in a room was also great

1. no room service. you have to order your food at the restaurant and then take it yourself to our room. sometimes the restaurant is a bit crowded. so we wanted to have a lunch in a bar(which was completely empty, and right next to the restaurant). but that was not possible (even though the other night they brought dessert to the bar without a problem) 2. breakfast is overpriced and doesn’t have variety.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Most of the hotel staff was great. Good location, though it is good to know that there aren’t too many restaurants in a very close proximity, especially ones that are open on Sunday. So you are stuck with the hotel restaurant, which left a negative impression.

The service at the restaurant. I truly hope they were just having an off night, but it was unacceptable: slow service despite the restaurant being half empty, never getting water even after numerous requests, having to ask for bread, that should have come with the food we ordered, and which, again, never came. Still, this is a hotel review and I would like to emphasize that except for the restaurant, everything was lovely.

Wonderful hotel. It is new. Everything was bright clean and spotless. Large room with very comfortable beds. Garage was easy to manoeuvre unlike many underground hotels. The food was excellent both for dinner and breakfast. The staff were simply wonderful.

Le Havre. It is a dump. If it wasn't for the hotel being so good we would have moved on. Nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Fantastic staff. Very nice rooms with a merfect bed and pillows. Plenty accessories available in the room at no extra charge. nice view outside. New & clean building with tasteful decoration.

The restaurant reviews weren’t great so we went elsewhere. The breakfast was okay but I would’ve expected a bit more to match french cuisine and the rest of the hotel that was amazing. then again price / quality was good!

excellent rooms overall a very beautiful hotel

breakfast was awful totally unorganised. lots of staff during breakfast but no one knew how to solve the mountain of problems. no big cups for coffee so the coffee machine would overflow with excess liquid. because of that they would not work until emptied. food running out. staff walking around but not dealing with shortages of big cups, big plates and food. probably need more people doing dishes and in the kitchen rather than 4 or 5 staff in the breakfast area and 1 in the kitchen.

It is a fairly new hotel, so rooms, fixtures and fittings are all in great condition. We asked for and were granted a late check-out, which was very generous (Brice on reception was very helpful). Great location, right on the sea front.

Car parking in as much as you have to check-in to get access to underground carpark. The road outside the hotel is not easy to park on.

We stayed in a deluxe room with kingsize bed and balcony and it was really great ! The bathroom was brand new. Very nice and cozy lobby. We ordered some wine in the bar and the bar tender took good care of us. (especially because the glass was filled well ;-) ). Very good breakfast!

No Belgian TV channels. For the rest all was good.

The room was very clean and confortable. Location is a plus.

They could improve breakfast. We stayed 3 nights and was the same standard each morning. If you do not eat bread & croissants & sweet yogurt for breakfast, you are left with omlet. Also could add a larger variety of vegetables (not only cherry tomotoes).

Really lovely hotel with a fabulous bed. Huge room, seemed newly renovated. Parking available underground for 12euros a night. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We'd booked the hotel for an overnight stop, so driving through a big city like Le Havre was an unnecessary chore for us. Thank heavens for Sat Nav.

Excellent beachfront hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, very comfortable room. Wonderful for a long weekend.

Standard rooms don’t face the sea. Worth it to pay extra for a room with partial sea view (which we did on arrival) but that makes it quite expensive for Le Havre.
