We travelled with our little dog and she was made very welcome - of course there was an extra fee for her for deep cleaning the room. She was allowed in the room and the bistrot but not the gourmet restaurant.. The hotel staff were lovely and only spoke to us in English if we struggled in French, which we really appreciated. Despite Le Touquet having lots of restaurants we chose to eat at the Hotel. We thought the bistrot was upmarket for a dog friendly place and the staff, ambience, and food were great. The room was lovely: it was a decent size, was quiet and had a good coffee machine and mini fridge. The pool at the hotel was good but did get busy so for a serious swim timing might be important. The hotel is a nice walk from Le Touquet centre. We would definitely stay here again.

Pool and spa facilities including the saunas and steam room were great. A lovely restaurant attached to the hotel where we had a nice meal one night. Rooms were very clean and beds comfy albeit not the best view out of the window but this didn't matter. Very nice hotel with many features such as bike tours that I'm sure would be great for anyone staying at the hotel a little longer. Also free parking at the hotel which felt secure and a nice bonus.

It is a little walk to the town centre but easily walkable (about 15 minutes)

Good quiet location, easily walkable to beach and centre of town. Lovely outlook from bedroom window. We ate breakfast in the hotel and the range of food was good and tasty. Staff were attentive and friendly at all times.

The decor of our room was a little tired but acceptable. There is a notice in the corridor to say the whole floor is being renovated soon, which is good to know.

Beautiful bar/lounge areas/spa, helpful staff, lovely restaurant, although the music could do with being turned down a bit.

our first room was very worn, the bathroom had black mould, the carpet was torn across the doorway, no mirror doors on the wardrobe and the coffee machine was plugged into extension cable plugs under the desk complained to FOH staff who were very understanding and arranged for us to be moved.

The hotel was very well presented and spotlessly clean, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The bathroom was a good size and there was plenty of room in the shower as well. The bar area downstairs is very nice - lined with books, very nicely lit, and is lovely place to spend some time. We ate in the restaurant which was open on a Sunday night in late January (a real bonus!) and the food and the service were both excellent.

The hotel is quite a long walk from the centre of town - about 20 minutes, and finding your way through the residential streets in the dark isn't the easiest, although reception were able to provide a map. This isn't the hotel's fault of course - it is where it is - but just something to bear in mind. At 25€ per person, I cannot say that the breakfast is good value for money. The food was all of good quality - scrambled eggs, bacon and small sausages as the hot option and all the usual cold buffet items, but at 50€ for two it is very expensive.

The reception staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The pool was a good size and the breakfast was great. Standard of cleanliness was very good.

A marathon blocking all roads and entrances. Decor, the hotel has been renovated and well decorated but the decor is not to everyone's taste, however this would not stop me from staying at the hotel again, its more of a talking point :) Slightly easier access to central Le Touquet town, but again a 10 minute walk would not stop me staying at the hotel again.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff. The beds are SO comfy! We’ve stayed before and always love being there.

Breakfast wasn’t great. Expensive for what you get. For four stars I expect a teapot and cafetière not queueing for a machine. Tea from a coffee machine always tastes of coffee. Also all the cooked products were cold. You’re better off getting breakfast in town if you have the time.

An excellent and comfortable place to stay, and eat well. Large and beautifully decorated rooms, and an excellent breakfast (albeit rather too expensive).

Loud and raucous music playing everywhere, even at breakfast. Not wonderful value for money, but just about tolerable

Most comfortable bed I've slept in. Lovely view from the room, excellent spa facilities and a very attractive and well-stocked bar.

Disappointing restaurant. Breakfast was very average and dragged down by poor, auto-machine coffee. Not worth 25 euro per head. Dinner was simply average. In a town of excellent cuisine, it was utterly unmemorable.
