Magical hidden gem with fantastic rooms, breathtaking views, excellent breakfast, responsive staff. My wife and I stayed in one of the tower rooms and the views were incredible, the rooms so velll designed and clean. The girls loved the pool, the staff prepared an amazing breakfast for us by the side of the pool

Charming staff. Incredible setting and views. Clean and comfortable room. The hotel rates were very reasonable though we did stay there out of season.

Breakfast was mediocre. Worst muesli I've ever had and expensive for a continental breakfast. Restaurant overpriced and a little pretentious. I asked for a glass of prosecco and was given champagne, and charged for champagne! No coffee/tea making possibilities in bedroom.

The staff were really helpful throughout the whole stay but particularly on check in and when we changed to another room. The location is breath taking and the F&B was superb, although a little pricey for the locale.

The bathrooms inside the older rooms seriously need updating.

Really nice accommodation positioned high up on the hill for some great views of the township and surrounding area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was really good.

The room was quite small and there wasn't enough storage room (eg no drawers or shelves) for our luggage. The stairs down to the restaurant, breakfast area and pool would prove difficult for anyone with mobility issues.

wonderful castle atmosphere up above the town. we stayed in the apt which had an old kitchen but it didn’t matter. Beds were very good and bathroom spacious with everything you need. delicious breakfast served!

We wanted to have dinner in the restaurant but it is closed on Sundays.

The restaurant had amazing views and delicious food. The swimming pool was a welcome addition.

We stayed in the ‘rustic’ rooms - quirky but ‘rustic’ decor might not be to everyone’s taste. Bathroom of one room was very small.

Beautiful property, with gorgeous views. Lovely bedroom, comfortable bed. Good breakfast. My stay was for only one night the season had really started (much of the hotel was yet to fully open) so I am unable to comment further, but I expect I will be back
