The room was beautiful, tastefully done. The location was perfect for exploring the local restaurants and bars. The staff (during the day) were exceptional from the young lady that checked us in to Teva who looked after us with recommendations of local pastis and wines.

The night porter was quite rude. We had indicated that on one of the nights we would be home quite late because we were attending a wedding at a Domaine 30 minutes from the property. The night porter was aware of this and yet his attitude towards us (and apparently another guest who was at the same wedding) was appallingly unfriendly.

Location of the hotel was central, it was just a few minutes walking to restaurants and shops. Very clean room. Restaurant on site or a bakery next door. The staff was incredible, super helpful and provided great recommendations. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well, which was a plus after a long day of walking in the summer heat! Bed was comfortable, blackout curtains were also nice since I had a ground room floor that was closest to the on-site restaurant.

Had a difficult time getting into the hotel one night. All gates and doors were locked as an attendant is on duty to let customers in when a service bell is rang. The attendant had not heard the gate ringing for my entry request at a door entry and the parking lot gate. While the hotel is great, I didn't like that I needed to rely on an attendant to enter the premises after a certain time.

Location was on a busy road, but we slept well as there was not much traffic overnight.I am a light sleeper and it was fine for me. We didn’t eat at the hotel. Bar was nice and relaxing in a busy town on market day. We were very grateful to escape inside and have a drink. Beautiful patisserie next door for croissants and coffee in the morning.

Nothing really

Their restaurant offers an excellent variety of choices. In fact, at the time of my trip (mid-summer), they are one of the few restaurants to offer pan seared foie gras. I regretted not to order it and later I couldn't find it anymore even in Paris. All other menu items we ordered are very appealing and taste so good. Their room is so spacious to fit our entire family with the sofa bed of decent size. The roomy high ceiling is also exactly what we enjoy. If we are in the area again in the future, we will definitely come back to this hotel and will even recommend our friends and relatives to this excellent hotel! We are also quite impressed by the excellent after-stay customer service. We had a forgotten item in the room after check-out. We just gave it a try to communicate with the hotel via the same channel we have been communicated via booking.com to see if we had any luck to retrieve the item. Their hotel staff replied back to us and arranged to have the item mailed back to us with subsequent communications. It is such an outstanding customer service that I have ever had with a hotel after check-out. Hats off and highly recommended!!!

Perfect central location to the old town and beautifully furnished. Very peaceful, stylish and comfortable with a great friendly staff and parking on site

No elevator and the breakfast could be better with more warm food selection

The guy at the desk (sorry don’t know his name) is amazing, super nice, super efficient, great tips about where to go, really incredible.

The decor inside the building. Outside area was vey beautiful, the restaurant and the outside patio with the bar.

Very clean comfortable place

Only couple electrical outlets available for charging your iPhone/ computer - and all were down the floor levels… Nice coffee machine - difficult to figure out how to get to work.

Our rooms were external which was handy as the hotel appeared to lock up early at night Breakfast seemed expensive so we ate in the town nearby

The hotel room was very nice and spacious and I benefitted from a free upgrade to a superior room with a large comfortable double bed. The terrace is lovely with a nice bar. I did not eat at the restaurant but it has great reviews and was busy. You get free secure parking. The hotel staff were pr8fessional, friendly and made me feel welcome. Itvis on a busy road but yiu cannot hear it once yiu are in the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay and L'sle Sur La Sorgue is a very pretty village

Everything was great

Didn’t use restaurant. Multiple Michelin star status above our jeans and Polo shirt trecking mentality. The hotel is an old time gem. Appointments upgraded but still elegant. Staff couldn’t be more helpful. Garden setting for drinks very pretty. Incredible location just at start if island bridges for maximum sight seeing and choice of riverside watering holes. We had reservations there at start of COVID. THEY COULDNT REFUND OUR MONEY BECAUSE they couldn’t WORK. As soon as they reopened they refunded our money. This trip we made a special detour to the town to support them. It was a moral obligation that turned out to be a great choice for us too. Only negative is no elevator. We made reservations for first floor forgetting the first floor in EUROPE is the second floor at home. However, they were very helpful getting out luggage up to our room. I’d love to go back again. So many more things to experience there.

The weather, but I suppose I can’t blame them for a thunder storm. Despite the number of restaurants, best to make a reservation, especially when they can’t use their outdoor seating ⚡️⚡️⚡️.
