The lovely team of young staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic for the ski lifts and the relaxed atmosphere perfect for a family or group of friends. We enjoyed the evening menu in the restaurant. The chill out room was great to relax in. Having the ski hire with again a great person looking after it on site was brilliant. The rooms are really nicely decorated and simple but great as you can spread out and use the facilities in the hostel ( we did have ourselves and two teenagers in the room so it was a little small but not a problem with the chill out and bar available) We felt really comfortable and welcome and I would definitely stay here again. Stunning views from the room and good location

Everywhere said it had a swimming pool and spa which was part of the reason for booking and when we arrived, we were told they haven't had that for years. Very disappointing and misleading. It also said there would be a balcony and there wasn't. False advertisement makes me very unhappy and I would really like some money back as I was paying g for the facilities as well as the location

Couldn't fault it! Everyone super friendly, nothing was an issue, very informative. Great ski / snowboard room. Great internet. Very relaxed atmosphere. Great breakfast. Great chilling room. Great, positive people!

The pillow was very flat, but perhaps I should have asked for another pillow.

The Bed is comfie. Breakfast has a valu-for-money and you're welcome to bring food from outside. Common area , living room and terrace are pretty cool for .chilling or meeting up people I love the choice to book this place , We're satisfied!

Tables in the common area could be more clean. Toilet paper for private rooms is not provided if you don't ask for. It is not clear that ski rental gear is available at the hostel, If you bring your own stuff they let you store it in the ski room for free but if you rent it outside is 3 euro per day - seems to be ridiculous

Simple, clean and comfortable accommodation at less than a minute's walk to the pistes. The continental breakfast and coffee were just the right way to start the day before heading out. There's a great dining/bar area for relaxing in the evenings and the staff were very friendly.

The attentionand kindness from the staff : ensuring you are feeling like home and attention to details. All the time ready to help. You can rent skiing material (Ski and Surf) directly at hotel and get your ski pass on site near the reception Hotel offers also a small space to do your own cooking, a chill out room with game and book and sunny terrasse .... The hotel is located at 50m from the slopes ...very convenient.

friendly atmosphere and great access to the slopes (you can easily get to the lifts in ski boots). Has its own ski shop, which is great, and the rental rates are very reasonable. Recommend staying here if you want a relaxed environment with easy access to lifts.

breakfast could be better in terms of the range of foods offered. And the coffee is not good at all (minor issues in the the grand scheme of things though).

The staff were excellent! So helpful and always friendly. We had one dinner there and it was excellent. The menu wasn't wide, but what they did was outstanding.

Noise from the lower floors drifted up late at night.
