We stayed one night as we were flying back to England on Sunday AM from Marseilles. The reception staff were very helpful and were available early in the morning until late evening. The receptionist booked a taxi for us to get to the airport on Sunday for 7.00AM. The room was small but the bed was really comfortable and the level access shower was good. The location was excellent fot exploring the pretty town of Martigues.

The oil refinery is close by and although you cannot see it from the hotel or Martigues there is a smell in the air. This is not the fault of the hotel and should not be a reason not to visit this beautiful town.

location right on a busy road my room (205) had no view anywhere due to the maisonette, split-level layout. window downstairs was onto a roof and upstairs was a roof window. but daylight at least!

We enjoyed the central location of this personally managed hotel. The room was small, very clean and adequate for a one night stay. A large bed and a modern bathroom with good shower. The breakfast was very good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking at the rear of the hotel needs to be pre-booked as there are only approximately 10 spaces.

No elevator so luggage has to be carried up the stairs.

Very proactive staff, considering I booked the room only 2 hours prior to getting there, they immediately called me to inform me the reception would close early and how to collect my room key in such case.

The check-out is, in my opinion, too early, at 10:30.

Pleasant, clean comfortable room

Prefer to stay in a bigger room but it was very adequate for an evening stay.

The hotel is very clean, staff is extremely helpful, a huge plus that everyone spoke English, you can get a safe parking place for just 4€/day which is awesome. Good location close to the harbour and various restaurants.

Rooms are a quite small

Good sized, quirkie rooms. Very clean. Lovely staff. Good location.

No shower, only a hand held shower rose in the bath.

Comfortable beds, lovely breakfast and great staff.

The shower drain was a bit slow to go down but other than that it was perfect.

Well maintained and breakfast was good.

It was a bit inconvenient as I had to lock the parking lot with a key every time.
