The hotel is close to the train station. The room is spacious, and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was very big and comfortable. There is a small gym with plenty of equipment and accessories to exercise. The staff is friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage there after checkout and collect it on our way to the station, 5 hours later.

The room carpets look dirty. I wasn't comfortable walking without sleepers. They do not provide sleepers. The room doesn't have enough hooks to hang things like a wet coat and a hat. The coffee machine in the reception area was broken. There are no tea spoons in the room and only very small cups for tea and coffee. There are no spare towels to dry the hair. We just got one body towel for each, and one hand towel for both.

1. The facilities are absolutely great. 2. The location is close too the train stations but still a long trip if you wanna go to Paris City. 3. The staffs have been very welcoming and helpful. 4. The restaurant provides really nice burger.

1. The booking system does not seem to be working very well. It took forever to find my booking. 2. Room service very limited and no in-room minibar. 3. During the weekends, no restaurant inside the hotel for lunch or dinner and choices are limited within the area. 4. It takes a very long time to get to center Paris.

The breakfast is very good. If there is no problem with train, i would say the transporant is convienent. However, there was road work and the train did not work. I have to take the shuttle bus, which is really inconvienent.

The hotel did not provide sufficient bottles of water. I stayed there for five nights and they only provide water at the first day. A bottle of water is worth nothing, but it make customer feel better.

Hotel is at a very good location being directly next to the station and the bus terminal. I needed to visit the Paris-Saclay campus and business park and the bus was easy from this hotel. Hotel was clean and room was very good. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast was good but missed the little bit which would make it stand out. The only disappointing element was the snacks available in the shop. The snack selection was poor and I went to a shop nearby to get some comfort food.

We had breakfast the first time we stayed. Very good and was all included in the price. Unbeatable value. The neighbourhood is very lively, plenty of bars and restaurants. A mayor railway hub for TGV, and RER is located directly opposite the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds also very comfortable.

A minor detail is the lack of short term parking spots in front of the hotel to drop suitcases before parking in the nearby carpark. The two places available were taken during both our visits. The cars were empty so it did not look like someone was dropping of baggage.

We love the area despite it being a modern dormitory town. Unusual it is very lively and plenty of bars and restaurants in the direct surroundings. Very convenient for us while traveling to our holiday destination

The only flaw would be that the Hilton doesn't have its own carpark so you have to factor in paying for the public carpark next door. The public carpark however is very secure.

Very good hotel in Paris Massy, accross the TGV station. Very new and nicely decorated. Good comfortable rooms, quite big with great shower and nice beds. Family rooms are actually rooms with connecting doors, really nice when traveling with kids. Great breakfast in very nice restaurant.

Hotel has no parking, there is enough public parking around. We choose for the TGV parking accross the road, which has also facilities to charge your car. The beds are a bit on the soft side...

Staff, Location, clean rooms …etc

Small things like: - Room service was not available 24/7, but they have small snack shop at the hotel. - For my whole stay they only put 1 bottle of water, and I did not ask (maybe if I asked they will provide). Thats all.

Quentin at reception was a wonderful first face to meet! Extremely courteous, friendly and efficient. Also, great English, which made it very easy for us. Very helpful on departure. I would DEFINITELY come back!

Nothing! I have travelled a lot and can honestly say that the Hilton Garden Inn was exceptional! Keep it up!

It was a very good hotel; interconnected, large rooms for a family are certainly a plus. Modern, clean bathrooms. Comfortable beds. If in need of some quietness from the busy Paris, this would be the perfect hotel as RER/train station are across the road and central Paris could be reached in 25mins.

The non-availability of the car park but we could use the adjacent one with a 20% reduction from the hotel.
