I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Paris Massy. The location is excellent—right across from the TGV station and just steps from the station of RER-B and RER-C, making it incredibly convenient to reach central Paris. The surrounding area feels safe, and with plenty of nearby restaurants, finding a good meal is never a concern. The ease of transportation and convenience truly stood out, making this hotel an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.

I found the bed to be a bit too soft for my liking, which affected my comfort during the stay.

Receptionist was really helpful and professional Spacious room, large and comfy bed. Large screen, clean bathroom with all great shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. I like the breakfast too (croissants, bacon scrambled eggs, bacon, make you pancake...). It is also very close the Massy main train station and bus stations I connected easily to Les Ulis (for business meeting) with direct bus line 22 or 23.

1. The facilities are absolutely great. 2. The location is close too the train stations but still a long trip if you wanna go to Paris City. 3. The staffs have been very welcoming and helpful. 4. The restaurant provides really nice burger.

1. The booking system does not seem to be working very well. It took forever to find my booking. 2. Room service very limited and no in-room minibar. 3. During the weekends, no restaurant inside the hotel for lunch or dinner and choices are limited within the area. 4. It takes a very long time to get to center Paris.

The hotel is close to the train station. The room is spacious, and the bathroom was very clean. The bed was very big and comfortable. There is a small gym with plenty of equipment and accessories to exercise. The staff is friendly and helpful. We could leave our luggage there after checkout and collect it on our way to the station, 5 hours later.

The room carpets look dirty. I wasn't comfortable walking without sleepers. They do not provide sleepers. The room doesn't have enough hooks to hang things like a wet coat and a hat. The coffee machine in the reception area was broken. There are no tea spoons in the room and only very small cups for tea and coffee. There are no spare towels to dry the hair. We just got one body towel for each, and one hand towel for both.

The breakfast is very good. If there is no problem with train, i would say the transporant is convienent. However, there was road work and the train did not work. I have to take the shuttle bus, which is really inconvienent.

The hotel did not provide sufficient bottles of water. I stayed there for five nights and they only provide water at the first day. A bottle of water is worth nothing, but it make customer feel better.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The public parking is a block away. The location is great. I had already been to Paris prior to arrival, but this would probably be a great place to stay and take the train to Paris to avoid the traffic.

Nice hotel located right next to the Massy train station. The hotel is quite modern and my room (#420) was very quiet and well-equipped (nice desk with chair and a little table). There is a small gym too (would need more weights). The breakfast was rather standard.

Hotel is at a very good location being directly next to the station and the bus terminal. I needed to visit the Paris-Saclay campus and business park and the bus was easy from this hotel. Hotel was clean and room was very good. Staff was helpful.

Breakfast was good but missed the little bit which would make it stand out. The only disappointing element was the snacks available in the shop. The snack selection was poor and I went to a shop nearby to get some comfort food.

The hotel was cold. It was a very cold evening & my room was really cold when I got in. It took a while for it to warm up with the temp control. The restaurant was very cold when I went down for dinner.

We had breakfast the first time we stayed. Very good and was all included in the price. Unbeatable value. The neighbourhood is very lively, plenty of bars and restaurants. A mayor railway hub for TGV, and RER is located directly opposite the hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The beds also very comfortable.

A minor detail is the lack of short term parking spots in front of the hotel to drop suitcases before parking in the nearby carpark. The two places available were taken during both our visits. The cars were empty so it did not look like someone was dropping of baggage.
