The breakfast was very poor with the only option of a cooked breast being eggs by a chef. It would be much better if self service with sausages and bacon eggs and beans etc. as done in other hotels constantly topped up by staff. Had to repeatedly ask for coffee we weren't asked what we wanted. The breakfast spoilt the whole exceptional experience of staying in this hotel.

Formal restaurant did a very good meal. The staff were in traditional dress which gave a very nice ambiance to the hotel and were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Warm and friendly hotel with comfortable surroundings right on the slope.

Perfect location to access the 3 Valleys Ski area and ski to the door. The staff were always helpful, warm, and friendly. The spa area is clean, well maintained, and the massage from Ivo was exceptional. The food was good with a different menu of the day. The bedroom was attended to by housekeeping twice a daily had a nice comfy bed, good size bathroom with separate shower & bath.

Cakes after skiing were delicious, we were surprised that tea/coffee to accompany the cakes were an extra charge. Ski/Boot locker room too small and got a bit congested at busy times.

The staff was extremely friendly and made the stay exceptional. The food is stellar: from a fantastic breakfast to the wonderful late-afternoon pastries in the lobby, the attention to detail was perfect. Our three dinners at La Table were amazing too, absolutely recommend. For skiing, the on-site ski locker room is great, loved that it's on ground floor, right off the hill and next to the lobby. Also note that there are multiple lifts to access right outside the hotel. Apres-ski bars are right there as well, if you wish to stay outdoors and people watch in the afternoon. The room was also fantastic: comfortable mattress and pillows and plenty to space to unpack and relax. Even a room balcony, if you wish to step out to preview the day's weather. The singing two nights in the lobby was enjoyable and fun, and love that the staff have multi creative talents!!

I have no complaints, as any minor discomforts are greatly outweighed by the attentive staff and management.

Location amazing, breakfast fabulous. Room was so clean and the daily cleaning was excellent. Staff freindly and a really nice atmosphere. We love this place :-)

we were disappointed as we had a mountain view (Valley view previously) and there was incredibly loud music most nights that went on until 5am. The room was also so hot despite us turning off the heating (and then the room service team kept turning it back on!) but because of the noise we couldn’t open the window. Getting no sleep when you have paid thousands for a room is just not good at all. I realise this is slightly out of the control of the hotel but they need to address the stuffiness of the rooms. We ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and the service was awful. Again I assume short staffed as one waiter seemed to be ran ragged looking after several tables. We waited 25 minutes for an extra glass of wine, in the end they gave it us on the house but really it was not great

Fantastic staff, incredibly accommodating. Lovely afternoon cake (would have been nice for water/hot drinks to have been included). Breakfast was fantastic - great range and you can take snacks for the slopes. Location is amazing (use the free bus to get to Meribel Centre). Comfortable beds. Great bathroom. Lovely balcony. Great spa facilities. Good food at the restaurants. Wonderful.

There was a bit of a sewage issue at the time, but think it's been fixed and didn't cause too much of a problem. Bedroom was at points far too hot so we had to sleep with the door open. Needs more plug sockets near the bed or USB charging points.

Resort is nice and homely. With a warm fireplace at the lobby. Snacks and drinks are also included and served at certain times. It is located right outside the main ski slopes. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby too.

Can be abit pricey but you're paying for the location, service, atmosphere and access to the ski slopes
