Excellent place if you like to be cheated in a lot of ways; read this before booking! -Confirmed price on your booking is neglected by hotel staff and they will force you to pay more than confirmed on your reservation. Very negative experience. -they mention that there is airconditioning but it does not COOL. So why listen to the hard noise of it. -beds are deformed and synthetic, - hygiene in COVID time is poor, greasy handprints, hair and dust, spiderwebs -toilet seat was not fixed, not clean and one had to hang over toilet to use it - staff is rude and will try to ripp you of, please be warned!!

Very friendly staff could not have tried harder to help us. Not much english spoken but she was lovely and we managed to get everything we needed. We were goi g to eat in the resteraunt but my partner was feeling the heat after a long drive

The aircom was a little noisy and out of the way so took time too cool room but it was exceptionally hot

This was a great place not too far off the main road to stop on a long journey and has the advantage of being near the impressive Millau Viaduct. Celine the host was incredibly friendly and helpful and the motel type room met all our expectations including a kettle which is not always the case nowadays in hotels.

The main light was quite dull.

Location was great just out of town with plenty of safe free parking, unfortunately the restaurant was closed as it was a Sunday but the breakfast in the morning was great. Rooms where clean with a lovely comfortable bed and very quiet location.

Could not see the Millau bridge from are rooms but apart from that nothing to dislike.

The staff were friendly and helpful, we asked for 2 ground floor rooms near each other which we were given. We had our dogs with us, the rooms were comfortable, the shower was great. There was tea and coffee and kettle in the room. There were enough grounds to walk the dogs. Secure free parking. The restaurant was excellent too.

The breakfast was amazing, catered for all different tastes and dietary needs. Lots of choice. Great location if I’m own transport and exploring local area

The pillows- very soft and 1 each on the bed and only one extra provided. Could have done with 2 extra but only personal opinion and could’ve gone to reception and asked for more so wasn’t a major discomfort

We’ve used this hotel a few times as a stop-over on our way to Spain. It’s location is great with a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Alternatively Millau centre is a couple of minutes drive away and it’s beautiful. The staff are friendly and the family rooms we’ve stayed in have always been clean with plenty of towels. They also allow you to check-in up to 10pm.

The property had been recently refurbished and everything was in good order. The staff were excellent and the new restaurant provided a varied menu. Good food and excellent selection at breakfast.

The only small item I would have liked to have seen was a non-slip mat for the shower. Floor was very slippery during use. Also did not like the material used for the pillow cases.

Like the other Campaniles secure compound for parking, clean and friendly. This one the restaurant was separate company within the grounds, food was very good and better at at the other ones. The shower was new and modern at the one as well.

Receptionist was extremely helpful and polite, the room was fairly basic but was fully functional for our overnight stay. Everything we needed and accommodated our small dog.
