The hotel is great, rooms and communal areas are modern and stylish, breakfast was great, parking was easy, location was good, 9/10 of staff were polite and good, small play area for kids with toys and toy kitchen. Would def return

We have had a cleaning issue when we checked in, but I strongly believe it just happened once. Didn’t like when a black lady from the staff scolded my 6yo son while he was exploring a shoe cleaning machine in the communal area, close to the kids kitchen. She could explained to him and be nice, but instead yelled to him and grabbed the machine away. I was sitting in the breakfast area and saw what happened. All other staff were kind and perfect

Very helpful reception staff whose friendly welcome eased somewhat the difficulties we had in finding the hotel. Secure parking. Good breakfast.

Advice on nearby restaurants ( 2nd January not best time to find open restaurant) Restaurant recommended by reception was closed on arrival. Please can the management of this hotel improve the indications to the hotel reception and parking. After a long journey we spent over half an hour trying to find the main entrance - extremely frustrating particularly at end of a dark and grey winter's afternoon.

The concierge was extremely friendly and helpful on arrival. The room was excellent.

Breakfast service was pretty poor. Not a complaint of the young man trying to keep up with everything but because he was on his own. Another staff member to top up the croissants, juice, bread, butter, eggs, ham, cheese, collect the trays, wash the dishes, in fact, everything would have made such a difference. It was quite funny to see a queue of different nationalities at the kitchen door complaining in different languages about the lack of breakfast items. I felt sorry for the young assistant.

Great hotel walking distance from the train station, well located in central Montelimar near restaurants and cafes and just a few steps from the charming old city. Very quiet and open view. Staff is friendly and helpful, if you need to book a taxi easy to go through them and very reliable. Breakfast was good.

the night manager was rude and gave me the wrong information concerning the parking. the hotel has a deal and it’s €7 for 24h. he refused to give me one of those tickets as supposedly it was reserved for the long staying guests. it was a blatant lie, the day manager did give me the correct ticket so I didn’t have to pay the hourly rate…

A bright friendly hotel with lots of colourful decor and a fresh feel. Lots of emphasis on sweets and Montelimar's nougat heritage! Great for families. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Close to the town centre and plenty of restaurants.

If you approach from the front there is a lift entrance down to reception and it's not immediately clear where to go in - it looks a little unapproachable! But once you're in and directed round the corner to the parking, the other side of the building is next to a lovely area with restaurants and has a nice feel. The breakfast area involves moving through a narrow side room for the buffet, which meant a bit of a delay (extra due to Covid restrictions) and overcrowding in the seating area at busy times. Maybe go early!

Breakfast was ok, it was a shame the pancake machine wasn’t on The staff were great even after we checked in after midnight. The style of the hotel was good and the room and bed very comfortable.

Not much really! We couldn’t get in the car park next door at midnight but I don’t know if that was associated with the hotel

Modern building, kept in good order. Nice breakfast choices of fruits as well as muesli options.

Room rather hot. Had some difficulty in turning temperature down..

The rooms were nice and tidy. You can chromecast on a rainy day but if the weather is nice you should explore the city. The location of the hotel is brilliant for that.

Breakfast was fine. There was a long queue though because the room it was in was tiny and because of that only two people could be in at thesame time due to Covid restrictions. Having said that, even without restrictions the room would not fit more than 4 comfortably. For a hotel that fits so many guests that is small.
