The appartments are simple and a little dated however serves a purpose and are well located to get easily to Disneyland Paris. The bed was comfortable, the room was extremely clean and it was handy having the mini kitchenette. Parking was easy and the room felt secure. Check out was easy and the staff spoke a variety of languages from what I heard.

The rooms do look a little dated and could do with a lick of paint and some easy repairs such as the cracks in the ceiling paper.

We like the location and the accessibility to Disneyland and shops, our room is cozy and we cook our own breakfast ( dishwashing soap, sponge and tea towels should be included in the room), even though there's no air condition it's comfortable with just the fan in each room and the big plus is the swimming pool and they do provide towel. The receptionist was all very helpful and friendly especially the nice lady in the day shift who help us out of her way to find a solution for my husband medication that needs to be refrigerated while we were away in Disneyland, thank you so much .

No dishwashing soap, sponge and tea towels to dry the dishes.

The room was quiet basic but clean and tidy and everything you would expect, the swimming pool was not open (outside season so we knew that when we booked) the extra kitchen area was a good bonus, we were using for Disney Paris and there was a bus stop outside that took us there a shop to get supplies and a few shops so good location. However I cant speak higher of the staff at this hotel, every member of staff was extremely helpful and very friendly and went over and above what was required.

Close to disney lovely swimming pool grocery shop just 5 mins around the corner the place is spotless the room we got was ok considering i read reviews on this which turned me off a bit but have to say our studio apartment was lovely the fridge was broke and the floors a bit worn but its so clean didnt bother us to much and its great value compared to other places and only a bus ride to disney outside the hotel for 2.50 each. Very Friendly staff aswell they were very helpful we enjoyed our stay.

Good location for the shopping mall and Disneyland bus routes. The pool is a lovely extra. Staff were friendly. Very handy kitchen in the room with hob, fridge, microwave and kettle. Shutters on the windows make the room pitch dark which is great!

It would be useful for the hotel to explain in their pre holiday email that all buses ONLY accept cash as there is no cash point facility near the hotel. The decor in the room was a bit tired, large scratch on the tv screen. Lots of curled woodwork along the bathroom floor that had turned brown so looked dirty.

Clean, spacious rooms with enough beds and a well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels, toilet papers were provided. There is a swimming pool. Disneyland is easily commutable, just take the train at Val D'Europe Stn and it's 1 stop away. Breakfast facilities and nearby shops were useful. The hotel has a good coffee machine. There is a nice and clean car park and very helpful reception staff, manned for 24 hours. Receptionist helped us to get a cab from the Val D'Europe station to hotel at midnight.

N/A it was a great short stay

Great location, free parking, bus stop directly in front of the hotel (20min ride to Disneyland - 2€/person). Amazing bakery next door and a small grocery store round the corner. Swimming pool, 24/7 reception. We spent here 3 nights and for the price were absolutely satisfied, the bedroom has a double-bed and a big couch for two, a big table with chairs, TV and a balcony. In the kitchen there Is an electric stove, a fridge And a microwave w/ grill. Bathroom w/ bath And shower, enough towels.

The furniture and the hotel itself Is worn-out, WiFi Is poor, sometimes not working at all.

The room was great. Clean and had everything we needed as a family of four. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try the pool but it was clean and looked inviting in the heat. Great location for Disneyland! We will definitely be staying here again.

There was nothing we didn’t like. A few decor prices could be improved and also a TV that has some English channels. However this is me thinking hard as generally the hotel is great.

ROOM WAS CLEAN, QUITE, BED WAS JUST RIGHT AND STAFF WERE FREINDLY, SPOKE ENGLISH AND HELPFUL. DEPOSIT WAS RETURNED INTO BANK AFTER 4 DAYS WE WHICH WE HAD BEEN TOLD IT WOULD BE BY STAFF.

WE THOUGHT THERE WAS A BUG IN THE BATH SO TRIED REMOVING IT - IT WAS A CHIP WE FELT FOOLS, SHOWER HEAD WAS BROKE BUT DID NOT STOP US HAVING SHOWER
