Plenty of space, cool interior design, comfortable beds and a quiet but central location. It was extremely hot when we visited and so the air conditioning was very much appreciated. Stephanie is a wonderful host - so friendly and helpful. She booked us dinner at a local recommended restaurant just footsteps away. It was delicious. Secure parking was a bonus and we were guided there immediately upon arrival. Breakfast was a special treat with homemade and local produce. Great conversation with Stephanie in her beautiful kitchen, despite our limited grasp of the french language. We would absolutely return and stay for longer next time so we could explore Nevers. A real find, close to Sancerre which is also worth a visit.

Au Noeud Vert, hosted by Stephanie, is first rate! What a special experience. She was so accommodating. She met us at the secure parking lot to let us in and it was very close by. The apartment has so much character, so eclectic and such a brilliant contrast of old and new. It was spacious with an efficient kitchen, stocked well with coffee and tea, a comfy master bedroom as well as a ‘treehouse’ like sleeping loft. We had a lovely breakfast in her kitchen with a view of her private, lush courtyard. I highly recommend this apartment if you are staying in Nevers for one night, or preferably longer!

If you have mobility issues or have problems with stairs, this may not be the choice for you. There are 3 flights of stairs and no elevator.

We loved everything, from our lovely hosts to the fantastic apartment. The place was spotlessly clean with everything you would need. Stephanie and Christophe are the best hosts we have ever come across. Nothing was too much trouble. Very secure private parking, excellent location in an historic medieval town with lots of things to do. Excellent bespoke varied breakfast included, will stay again but this time for longer!

This apartment is superb. recently renovated, great taste for furniture and finishing of walls and floor. Silent room, perfect air conditioning in every space of the apartment. I wish my house looked as good as this apartment. Host Stephanie very pleasant, provides support for parking, suggestion for sightseeing, prepares great breakfast. I will come back for my future work trip in the region without any doubt.

We had a perfect stay at Stephany’s appartment. Every small detail matches perfectly. Breakfast in a breathtaken garden! Best stay we have experienced so far, and we have tried a lot;-) Stephany, thank you for all your hospitality and hope to see you another time…

Location in central Nevers within walking distance to all of downtown. Owners were very charming and attentive. Very spacious and comfortable.
