Wonderful hotel, perfectly welcoming and dedicated staff, beautiful decor, clean rooms, great location, accurate depiction online, everything exceptional. would have given 10 stars if it were not for the bad sound isolation.

So apparently after reading other hotels reviews this is very common in Nice - but the sound isolation from the room to the corridor was horrible. I asked for a quiet room in advance of my stay which the hotel was very happy to provide (it was facing the quiet backyard where there are no renovation works, the window isolation was very good and I did not hear anything from the neighboring rooms). However around 8-9 am I was woken up by housekeeping in the corridor which you could hear distinctly inside the room (the room door is like a simple thin door within an appartment or house and the walls also don’t seem great). There is nothing the staff can do. In fact they gave me a little gift for waking me up but the issue remains of course. so if you are planning on sleeping in - don’t. :-)

Ammi far exceeded our expectations! We knew we would be happy because of the glowing reviews, but we had limited our expectations to that of a good 3 star hotel. However, the quality of our room far exceeded what we had in other 4 star hotels during our stay in South of France. Our room at Ammi had all the amenities you would expect from a 4 star room, e.g. safe box, ironing board, laundry services, room service, etc. which pleasantly surprised us because some of these things were not listed on their website. The bed was so comfy and air conditioning was amazing - and so quiet! We were celebrating our honeymoon, and when we arrived, we were surprised with balloons, rose petals, and free bottle of rose in our room, with a lovely note. They had even upgraded our room for free! One morning, we needed to leave before breakfast in order to catch a train, and the staff allowed us to start our breakfast a little early - so nice! It's true it's a very small hotel and does not have many amenities - they have very small lobby and breakfast area outside of the rooms - but honestly, it had a really cute vibe and if anything made our stay feel more intimate and personal than a big hotel, like a really upscale bed and breakfast with the friendliest staff to greet you every day. I highly recommend and would definitely come stay again! <3

This hotel was amazing! Stayed here for 5 days and would definitely come back! The rooms look exactly like the pictures and everything was new and renovated. Compared to other hotels in France these rooms were big. They had umbrellas and towels that you can take to the beach and the staff here are amazing, they were very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed, when I needed help to find the best way to get to another town they didn't hesitate to help. I loved that it was close to everything, walking distance to old town and neighborhood felt very safe. Thank You !

My wife and I --along with our two college-aged children-- stayed here for two nights. The 4-bed, room was very comfortable, and we slept like babies, especially since the climate control was perfect. Notwithstanding the facade work to the building, noise from the street is imperceptible (as if the room was insulated from outside sound). One huge perk is the complimentary laundry services, which they do for you overnight. The facility is located within walking distance of the Old City and beach, which makes another major plus. They also provided excellent Internet connectivity. The property manager, Ms. Silviya Todorova, was especially helpful in assisting us, and her attention to detail was "par excellence." Thank you, again, Silviya!

The location was perfect, a few minutes walk from the heart of the old town, beautiful we walk into the town. The room was brand new with everything I could possibly need, from scissors, irons, to Netflix! Beautiful design and spacious. The amenities were great as well. They offer a free laundry service which was really helpful as some of us were planning on staying in the South of France for a while so was nice to get some bits washed. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, we booked here due to a last-minute cancellation from our previous booking and we were very stressed, the team (special shout out to Pauline) assisted us in changing our booking immediately to them, and also offered upgrades AND even with a couple of hour turn around still managed to make it a special occasion with balloons and a Happy birthday sign for one of the girls. All around we really couldn't have asked for a better turn of events. Next time we will definitely be staying here. Also, because it was a brand new reopening they went above and beyond to supply us breakfast every morning evening though this wasn't supposed to be in our package.

Due to the hotel still being a little under construction, it meant we had scaffolding up so we didn't get to experience the balconies as much as we would have liked but also this was fine for us as we were made aware of this before our arrival.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Apparhotel AMMI Nice Lafayette, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. This hotel deserves a highly positive review for its excellent service, pristine room, and abundance of amenities. First and foremost, the room I stayed in was immaculate. It was evident that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining cleanliness, as everything was spotless and well-organized. The attention to detail was commendable, and I felt completely at ease knowing that the room was hygienic and well-taken care of. The room itself was equipped with a range of modern comforts that made my stay even more enjoyable. The inclusion of Netflix allowed me to unwind and catch up on my favorite shows after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, having a small kitchenette with a coffee machine was a delightful convenience, as I could prepare my own coffee in the mornings without needing to venture out.

I was looking for a safe hotel with clean rooms and a good location, and Aparthotel AMMI Nice Lafayette definitely was it! The shops, the old town, the beach and tram stops are all very close. The neighborhood was safe. Room was extremely clean, fresh, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped! Staff were very helpful and kind all the time. Definitely will stay here the next time I’m visiting Nice!

I stayed there for 4 nights and would definitely recommend this place to everyone. Interior design and decoration is beautiful and very welcoming. It feels more like a home rather than a hotel. Staffs are all incredibily friendly and very helpful at any time. The location is perfect. You can reach all the important places by foot. Rooms are clean and safe. You even have a kitchen in your room in case you don’t want to go out to eat. I have nothing to complain about.

We loved the relaxing ambience and the interesting Nice style decor - colours, books, art prints on the walls. The staff could not have done more to help. Little touches such as constant supply of chilled water and fruit water and access to beach mats made such a difference to our relaxing holiday. Rooms and beds were very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

Very good location, close to Place Massena. Most tourist destinations, shopping facilitates and the sea could be reached in minutes. Both L1 and L2 tram line is only a few minutes from the hotel. Absolutely in the center. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The internet connection was not the best.
